Chapter Fifteen - He Needs Another Kiss?

Sienna was stunned by his admission. It was the first time that he had mentioned the kiss ever since they met. After witnessing that woman, Gina’s behavior with Lucas, it was obvious that this was quite normal for him. It made Sienna angry that he had thought her to be of the same category as Gina was. Maybe he went about kissing other women without feeling anything for them or giving them a second look. But she wasn’t of that type. 

“You shouldn’t even be thinking about it, Lucas. That kiss was an accident since we both were drunk. I’m sorry that it ever happened. It’s best that we both forget it. I’m your nurse and you’re my patient. That is all there is to it,” said Sienna, with a professional look on her face. Lucas tightened his hold on her wrist and yanked her closer to him, his eyes looked into hers with something akin to hurt.
