CHAPTER 142:
They both were walking towards the forest their hands intertwined with each other. Just like their fates.
They were accompanied by guards and it was slowly becoming a new normal for Hazel. She was gradually getting used to it. But sometimes it did make her annoyed.
She used to miss her freedom.
“What is it, my queen?” Concern was written on Ezequiel’s face. Instead of replying, Hazel just pointed towards guards accompanying them.
“They are for our safety, honey.” He mind linked her but she just nodded her head instead of replying. He turned towards the guards and asked them to stop there.
“We will be among those trees. You can form the circle if you want but do not enter the clearing.”
The guards got the message and bowed their heads before forming a circle around that area. Ezequiel walked towards the spot well covered by the trees and then taking her in his arms he kissed her cheek gently.
