Breanna
Hearing what Rick said, Breanna looked at her mom and asked, “Sleeping Beauty?” Her mom giggled and replied, “Yes, earlier he referred to you as Sleeping Beauty. When you were asleep on the couch last night and this morning, Tyler saw you as he left for a run.” Turning her face downward to hide her blush, Breanna thought to herself, A run? How can that guy have so much energy after everything that happened last night? And he said he didn’t sleep properly either. As if reading her thoughts, Rick added, “Don’t worry, he wouldn’t do anything weird to you while you were sleeping. He’s not like Prince Charming in that sense.” Just then, Tyler walked into the room, his timing impeccable. “What do you mean I’m not like Prince Charming?” he asked, smirking. “I wasn’t talking about your looks, son,” Rick replied. “I meant you wouldn’t take advantage of a sleeping woman.” Chuckling to himself, Tyler said, “No, Dad… never to a sleeping beauty.” He thought to himself, I prefer her awake. Catching the insinuation, Breanna glared at Tyler. Rick kicked him under the table. “Sorry, I was only joking,” Tyler said with a sly smirk. Annabel smiled warmly and said, “It’s fine. I’m sure Bre understood it was just a joke. Right, dear?” Forcing a smile, Breanna replied, “Yes… Mom. May we eat now?” “Of course,” Rick said. The meal passed mostly in silence, though Tyler couldn’t stop stealing glances at Breanna. Tyler sat across from Breanna, while Rick sat across from Annabel. Breanna ate slowly and cautiously, keeping her eyes on her plate. “So… my dad mentioned this morning that you’re on the dean’s list,” Tyler said casually. Bre sighed and responded, “Yes. I’m also part of the student council, and I’ve never had a GPA lower than 4.0.” Tyler thought to himself that Breanna wasn’t just a beautiful woman—she was smart, too. His dad had mentioned that Annabel was an attorney. Beauty and brains must run in the family, he mused. “That’s very impressive, Breanna,” Rick said sincerely. “Oh, Rick, the trip,” Annabel suddenly said. “Oh, yes,” Rick replied, clearing his throat. “Annabel and I will be leaving tomorrow for a trip. We’ll be gone the entire weekend, so you two will have the house to yourselves. Don’t worry, though—there’s plenty of food, and I’ll leave each of you a bank card in case you need anything.” “What the hell…” Breanna whispered to herself. Annabel quickly reassured her, “You can have Jake and Kallie stay here for the weekend in the guest room.” “Ty, why don’t you go to a friend’s house for the weekend?” Rick chimed in. Smiling, Tyler replied, “I’d rather stay here and adjust to the new house. Maybe I should invite some friends over too.” “That’s a good idea,” Rick said. “We trust you two. I know you’re both responsible and trustworthy, so do as you like this weekend.” “Thanks, Dad,” Tyler said with a sly smile. “I’ll definitely do as you say.” Under the table, he gently ran his foot along the inside of Breanna’s leg. Breanna looked up at Tyler, her expression unreadable, then turned to her mom and said, “Mom, I’ll text Kallie right now about this weekend.” Frustration flickered in Tyler’s eyes as Breanna tried to ensure they wouldn’t be alone. To get her attention, Tyler “accidentally” dropped his phone. As he reached down to pick it up, he leaned under the table and let his hand trail up Breanna’s skirt, brushing against her inner thigh. She snapped her legs shut, trapping his hand between them, but Tyler’s strength was undeniable. Slowly, he withdrew his hand, his touch lingering just enough to fluster her further. Breanna’s face flushed hot, but she tried her best to maintain her composure. Just then, Rick’s phone rang, breaking the tension. “Hello, this is Rick… Yes… I see… Well, it can’t be helped. What time tomorrow? Sounds good, thank you,” he said before hanging up. Annabel looked at him with concern. “Everything okay, dear?” Rick sighed and replied, “The truck that was supposed to deliver Breanna’s bedroom set got a flat tire, so they won’t be able to deliver it until tomorrow morning.”"Well, that was fun," Tyler says as he reaches to pull Breanna into a hug.She pushes him away. "There was nothing fun about that. Jake is going to tell my mom, and even if he doesn’t, she’ll know just by looking at these marks."Tyler doesn’t let her go so easily—he hugs her tight, his grip too strong for her to break free. Leaning in, he whispers in her ear, "Those will fade if you hold ice on them for a bit. We can convince him not to say anything to your mom, so don’t worry—it’ll work out."He kisses her forehead before finally releasing her. "But you can only hide the ones your mom would be able to see," he adds with a smirk as he pulls on his shirt.Breanna sighs and grabs her clothes from the floor, quickly putting everything on—except her bra.Tyler watches her with a raised eyebrow. "What are you doing?"Breanna looks at him, confused. "What do you mean?"He picks up her bra from the floor and hands it to her. "
Too tired to freak out, Breanna says, "What are you doing here, Tyler?"He pulls her closer and replies, "Well, first off, this is my room."Breanna can smell the alcohol on his breath. "Ty... why are you drinking? And why did you come back?""I don’t normally drink, but I feel like you’re making me go crazy. I want you by my side. I felt uneasy with another guy being here. You never text me, yet you took the note off your door."Silence fills the room."I'm sorry," Tyler says.Breanna turns to face him. "What for…?"Tyler doesn’t reply."Ty..." Breanna whispers."No... why did you have to do that? I've been trying so hard to hold back," Tyler says before pulling her closer and kissing her. Then, he gets on top of her.Hearing the way she whispered his name, seeing the way she looked at him—it drives him over the edge. He wants her so badly, he can't hold back anymore. His hands start to trace
Tyler was fuming as he drove to Dave’s house. He had thought Breanna came back to see him, not to make sure he left before Jake showed up. What was she hiding? Why did it even matter if Jake saw him there? The more he thought about it, the more irritated he got.Grabbing his phone, Tyler called Dave.“Hey, man, what’s up? Are you on your way yet?” Dave answered.“Yeah. Are your parents home?” Tyler asked.“No, they won’t be back until tomorrow. What’s wrong?”“I need to drink. Are you down?”“Always.”“Cool. I’ll be there in five,” Tyler said before hanging up.“Wow, Bre, this house is amazing,” Kallie said, spinning around to take in the large living room.“Yeah, it’s awesome,” Jake agreed.“Let’s order some pizza. It’s already 7 o’clock. Rick gave me his card so I could get food and stuff,” Breanna said, walking toward the kitchen.“That was nice of him,” Kallie said, leaning on the counter.“Yeah, but it sounds like he’s trying to buy your love,” Jake quipped.Kallie rolled her eye
“You’re right, it’s not like he goes to our school or anything,” I sighed, hoping that wouldn’t be the case.“So… how is he in bed?” Kallie asked, leaning in and lowering her voice so no one else could hear.“Kallie… OMG, stop,” I said, embarrassed.“Come on, this is exciting! We never get to girl talk like this!”I stared down at my soda, feeling my cheeks heat up. In a low voice, I admitted, “He’s really, really good.”“He better be with looks like that. How big is he?” she teased.“Kay, stop...”“Come on,” she pressed, grinning.“Big,” I muttered, feeling my face flush crimson.“I’m surprised you can walk,” Kallie teased, laughing.I rolled my eyes but couldn’t stop myself from adding, “He put me in the bath afterward, then carried me to bed.”“So, he’s sexy, big, good in bed, and a gentleman. What’s the problem?”“He’s Rick’s son, Kallie. And we have adjoining rooms connected by a bathroom,” I groaned, placing my face in my hands.“That you’ve already had sex in. The deed is done.
“Oh no, dear... you can sleep in our bed tonight while we’re gone,” Annabel said.“Anna, our bed was part of that delivery,” Rick reminded her in a worried tone.“She can stay in my room tonight,” Tyler offered. “I’ll go to Dave’s house. I don’t feel comfortable letting her sleep on the couch.”“What a gentleman,” Annabel said with a warm smile.“Thank you,” Breanna whispered softly.“Tyler, can you be home early tomorrow so Bre won’t have to be here with the movers by herself?” Rick asked.“No, it’s fine,” Breanna quickly interjected. “Kallie and Jake will be here. He doesn’t have to come early.”Rick raised a brow and looked at Annabel. “Is Jake her boyfriend? Are you sure he’ll be okay here?”Annabel chuckled lightly. “No, dear. Jake has been her friend since kindergarten. He’s more like a big brother. Plus, he’s been dating her best friend for the last three years.”Feeling Tyler’s gaze on her, Breanna added, “We’ve all been friends since kindergarten.”“That’s right,” Annabel con
