Chapter 3— Music Like Doom
Alicia's POV
Alpha Caspian.
The man I have lived to hate until this day. Now I have been auctioned to him, how worst would my life turn?
I kept stealing glances at him as we journeyed in his royal carriage.
He didn't spare me a glance at all. I kept wondering why he laid down 10,000 pounds just to get me.
How could he live healthily after this?
"I'm afraid you might kill me with your gaze if you keep staring that way." Caspian said, turning to look at me this time. His blue eyes locked unto mine and I quickly drifted my gaze away from him.
They reminded me of that night, that gloomy night when he took my parents as captives.
Did he not remember me?
Were my parents still alive? Was I going to meet them?
"I'm... I'm sorry." I said, gulping down nothing.
"What's your name?" He asked and I was amazed at the sudden curiosity.
Nevertheless, I replied him, still keeping my gaze away from him.
"I'm Alicia Morticia."
"Hmm, nice name." He commented, keeping his expression straight and stern.
I tightened my fists in annoyance. Why did he keep pretending like he didn't know me?
It has just been ten years and I remember his face vividly. Why did he keep playing pretend?
The rest of ride was quiet except for the wheels that kept grinding against the rocky ground and making unnecessary noises.
I was surprised because I was the only one who rode with him in his carriage. The other girls he bought took the second carriage that followed behind.
"Why did you give out so much Moon Blood?" I ended up asking as I couldn't keep on battling with my thoughts.
Caspian chuckled dryly, his eyes settled on me. His gaze was intense and I tightened my grip on his robe which he gave me earlier.
Did I say something wrong? Why was he staring at me like that?
"Who do you think I am?" He rasped, his voice monotone. "Some mere wolf, uh?" He scoffed, running in fingers through his thick black hair.
My eyes widened a bit as he grabbed my arm roughly. "W...what are you doing?"
"Don't ask me questions and focus. You have a lot of task ahead and I'd advice you save some strength and keep shut!" He warned, raising his index finger.
I cringed in fear and shifted away from him, clutching the hem of the robe tightly.
Why was he so proud? I didn't expect less though. I have heard a lot about him?
How lovely could it have been if Alpha Dane found out that Caspian was among the bidders beforehand.
The Moon Crest Pack and Moon Blood Pack were enemies. The wound Caspian caused ten years ago was still as fresh as ever.
Luckily, Alpha Dane was able to protect his family but we poor and less privileged were the one who were left to face the attack.
My mind flashed back to Caspian's words earlier.
'You have a lot of task ahead'.
My heart skipped a lot of beats as we approached the Moon Blood Pack. What tasks were ahead of me?
Would my life get more worse?
Wasn't this moving from frypan to fire?
I alighted from the carriage after Alpha Caspian did and he gestured to me to move closer to him.
He folded his arms, watching me closely. After some minutes, he cleared his throat and said, "move closer, am I that scary?"
We were just an inch apart and I just wanted the ground to open and swallow me up.
I wanted to be anywhere without this scary man.
His gorgeous blue eyes, straight nose, perfect lips, sharp jawline, nice and well built body with a finely toned skin.
Caspian was a beautiful man but even at that, there seemed to be an air of tension around him. A dark aura that sends shivers down my spine.
I hated this moment so badly.
I turned to ice when his smooth hand grabbed my skin. I froze, my eyes meeting his.
What was he doing? Why was he bringing his lips close to mine?
"Stay composed, you omega. This isn't your Pack. You're now a new member of the Moon Blood Pack and the initiations begin tonight." He said, his hot breath fanning against my face.
"I...I understand." I nodded quickly as I tried to push his body away from mine but my efforts were useless.
He stood rooted to a spot, a smug smile on his face as he watched me try.
"W...what are you doing? Why aren't you moving?" I managed to ask, my voice shaky as I trembled.
Alpha Caspian affected me every way and I was stunned to realise what much effect he had on me.
His gaze lingered on my chest for some minutes and when I realised where he was staring at, I quickly moved away but he grabbed me again.
He was a pervert! Not only cruel.
He was staring at my breasts! Why did I let go of the robe?
"You only do what Alpha Caspian says." Those words reminded me of the past years. They were the same words he mentioned five years ago when he took my parents as captives.
Now he was repeating them.
I only listened and took orders from him. That was it!
He ruled, he wanted everyone to dance to his tunes and that; he wanted to achieve effortlessly.
I have to stop giving him problems to avoid getting punished. The frustration in his eyes were evident.
"Y...yes, Lord." I bowed my head, gripping a handful of the robe.
What was he going to say next? Was he going to ask me to strip and dance around the Pack naked?
"I want you to stay still." His eyes returned to my chest and they moved down slowly to my cleavages and then to my left breast.
Why was he so interested in looking at my body? Were those words still in his head?
The perky boobs girl.
The words mentioned earlier by the auctioneer.
His brain was filled with those dirty words and now he wanted to torment me with his eyes and make me melt?
Something shifted in his blue eyes as he stared at my body. His shiny blue eyes took a shade of brighter golden rays but soon turned to normal.
What did he see in me? Did I have an effect on him?
Was it because he paid out so much blood and now it was starting to have an effect on him?
Why are my thoughts so messed up?!
"Join the others." Alpha Caspian said, standing straight.
I nodded quickly and hurried away from him.
Soon, the day darkened and the moon took over the brightness of the sky.
Every auctioned omega stood on a straight line and we took turns to get initiated.
"Slave number 45!" The presenter yelled and I moved forward. I cringed in shame as I looked behind.
Laughters erupted from the rest of the Pack as they watched me get initiated.
We were all naked. The hot iron sealed through my skin and I yelped out in pain as the heat seethed in.
The pain was unbearable but I had no choice.
I was about to join the queue of the initiated slaves when a familiar voice rang from the crowd.
"Why don't you dance for us, perky boobs?"
I knew that voice. It was Alpha Caspian.
Slowly, I turned around and as my gaze met with his, he smirked.
First, he took my parents away and now he wanted to disgrace me in the presence of everyone?
"This is only supposed to be an initiation night but setting my eyes on your captivating skin, golden eyes. I have reconsidered." He said, crossing his legs as he wrapped his arms around his the arm of his throne.
Watching me, his gaze filled with disgust and hunger at the same time.
"Begin already, let the tambourines ring and the drums beat with melody. Our darling slave shouldn't dance without music, should she?" His tone held mockery to the core and he raised his brows, waiting for me to start.
Immediately, the music began and slowly, I started dancing, swinging my waist to the rhythm which sounded like doom to my ears.
Tears trickled down my cheeks as I danced and as I looked into Caspian's eyes, it was filled with self-satisfaction.
He had done his best in breaking me and as a new member of his Pack and his slave. I knew my life had just taken a drastic turn; I was on the path to get more miserable.
Chapter 4 : Spellbound Alicia's POV My face was wet with tears as I dragged my feet into the small room I was given by the Pack's Beta.My heart shattered into a million pieces as I remembered everything that happened back there.I was being mocked by everyone and their laughters boomed in my ears, shredding the little hope left in me.Miserable. Pathetic and inferior. That was all I would ever be.I had hoped for a better life but was this what I really wanted?I walked towards the window, watching the eerie moonlight which shine through the window curtains. My frail fingers grazed the handle of the window and it tightened every second as I imagined a life full of pain and hatred."Mother….father…" I mumbled, my lips trembling at each word. Were they still alive?I picked up the scarf lying on the cracked floor and wrapped it around myself. It looked old and smelt like wood but I had no choice. I needed something to shield me from this cold.I took some steps forward and halted aga

Chapter 2— Auctioned To My Nightmare Alicia's POV "Please don't take mother away from me. Please spare my father." I cried as the guards swerved me out of the way and dragged mom and dad to the carriage waiting outside. The whole Pack was a complete mess. Cries and yelling everywhere. Chaos— there was nothing close to peace. This was the second time our Pack would be raided by the Moon Blood Pack. "Spare the little ones and go for the elderly!" Their Alpha yelled and for the first time, I looked into his blue eyes—dangerous and burning with impatience.Ignoring the fact that he looked ruthless, I ran to him and amidst the looming chaos, went on my knees and grabbed his leg."Please spare my parents or take me along. I don't want to be left here alone." I cried, my voice frail and croaky. "They're all I've got. Please."He chuckled and yanked me away. "Move away young girl, what makes you think I would listen to you? You know what?" He paused, his smooth thumb tracing my jaw. Still
Chapter 1 — Auction Event Alicia's POV "Yuck! What have you done this time, Alicia!" Beta Rosa scowled, pulling my hair as she dragged me up from the tattered bed. "She stole my garment, Beta Rosa." Bella complained, flashing a scornful look at me.I stood there like the piece of trash I was, staring at my feet in shame and fear.I thought I found a friend but turned out I had only been deceived. "B.. Bella." I stuttered, trying to build up words to defend myself and I hoped I didn't fail this time. I tried to look up a bit, but when I beheld Beta Rosa's burning gaze, I quickly drifted my gaze from her."Yesterday, you told me I should feel free around you. You...promised to show me love and care if I successfully delivered the letter to Alex.. and I did." I sniffed, dabbing at my tears with the back of my palm. "Your garment was outside in the sun and I just thought of borrowing it for a while until mine dries up. I'm... I'm sorry if you don't like it." I apologised, my voice cr
