I woke up with heavy eyes and an aching head. The sun was shining brightly outside my window. Like it was telling me that today is going to be a great day. The door opened and Nicolo came in holding a tray with my breakfast. 

“You didn’t have to bring it to me,” I croaked. Nicolo placed the tray on my bed gently and fetch me some water and handed it to me. 

“I just wanted to try and make you breakfast in bed, even just this one time,” he smiled, "By the way, just a reminder, we have a meeting with the Nori guy regarding our new bar this afternoon. I know how you wanted to check the place out yourself. It's scheduled late in the afternoon, so you still have time to rest.”

I nodded at him as I took a bite of the toast he had served me, and I sliced a piece of egg and bacon
