LOGIN“There shall be a time in Mystic Falls that a dark force shall arise, determined to resurrect her kind and create a new dawn of darkness upon the land. But only the true love between a great Alpha and his pregnant mate shall put an end to this deadly wave” This prophecy was declared unto Arianna, who started her life as an orphan to a rejected mate. There was no hope that this prophecy was related to her until she eventually found herself immersed in a new realm of strength and fighting a war that she had no clue about. Friends and foes came her way, making it hard to trust anyone. She was betrayed by even her closest. But she was charged with a duty. The fate of the Moonstone pack rested in her ability to forgive her past and find true love. Will she return to her the same mate that rejected her? Or will she find another mate?

It's been a decade since my grandmother told me about a witch from the Noble family. Their battle against the Moonstone pack had left a great scar in Mystic Falls, starting from the discrimination against omega wolves who were recorded to have made no significant contribution in the battle, to the total eradication of witches. Grandma always told me that the witch lurks within us, according to the great prophecy of old. She always said that there shall come a time in Mystic Falls when the dark force shall arise, determined to resurrect her kind and create a new dawn of darkness. But I guess those were all just fallacies because Mystic Falls has known nothing but peace. “Arianna!!” I felt a soft tap on my shoulder, snapping me out of my reverie. I quickly turned as my eyes locked onto Damien's, meeting his piercing grey eyes. “Phew!! I've been trying to get your attention for ages now. What have you been thinking about?” He let out a huge sigh of relief as he took a seat next to me on the king-sized bed. “I'm sorry. I was just thinking about the story I told you about,” I replied. “The same story about the old witch from the Noble family?” He asked. “Yup.” “Come on, baby. We have a ceremony to prepare for tonight. The whole pack is going to know that you're my mate,” he giggled, gushing with so much excitement. I let out a soft smile, blushing hard as I grabbed his arm, glaring into his eyes. “I'm so excited.” “We're going to be together forever, baby. Nothing can set our hearts apart,” he placed a soft kiss on my forehead. My expression quickly went gloomy as a thought struck me immediately. “What's the problem?” He asked, lifting my jaw slightly. “Are you sure they're going to accept me? I'm an omega wolf,” I highlighted. “I choose whoever I want to be with,” he replied. His words were enough for me to have courage. He gave me a warm hug as he left my chamber, heading out to attend to other matters that needed his attention. I slowly let my back fall to the bed as I spread my arms, smiling incessantly as I kept thinking about his reassuring words to me. My life was so simple while growing up. All I ever wanted to do was to stand out amongst other omega wolves in Mystic Falls. I never knew the spotlight was going to come on me, and Damien would notice me. As the Alpha of Moonstone pack, every female werewolf dreamt of being mated to him. But I guess fate picked me out, everyone else. I always had an inexplicable pull towards him. I wasn't so drawn to him at first because I was utterly irritated by his ruthlessness. But as we spent time together, I began to enjoy the interesting moments I had with him. Bored from lying in bed all day, I decided to take a walk around the castle. But as I stepped out of my chamber, my instincts flared as I heard Damien having a heated conversation with Sarah, his mother. I slowly walked towards the edge of the door on my toes and fixed my right ear closer to hear their conversation. “You can't take her in as your mate,” she roared, slamming her hand against the wall angrily. “But mum, she's my mate. I mean, there's no way I can go against the will of fate,” Damien replied. “What do you think the entire council will say when they find out that you took an omega to be your Luna, huh?” She highlighted. Damien cleared his throat, taking a deep breath as he thought of a reply to give. “Fine. I thought as much. Correct this before it's too late,” she added. “But mum, I love Arianna…” “Don't say that. An Alpha needs to know when to back down and act for his people and not to satisfy his emotions,” Sarah firmly interjected. Tears had already begun to cloud my eyes as I felt my heart sink into my chest. Damien quickly stormed out of the room, suddenly bumping into me on his way out. His jaw dropped as his expression was struck with shock. “What…” words eluded his mouth as he dragged me to my chamber immediately, shutting the door behind him. “How long have you been there?” His arms were arched above his waist as he stood before me. I sniffled, cleaning up the tears that were already beginning to trail down my eyes. “Long enough to hear your mum tell you to reject me,” I replied. He rubbed his hair vigorously, evidently struck by deep frustration as he took a deep breath. “Look at me, Arianna. None of that is going to happen, trust me,” he assured, pulling me closer as he hugged me. “But what if you do?” I sobbed softly. “Shhhhh!! I will never humiliate you like that.” “I, Alpha Damien Jones, the Alpha of the Moonstone pack…reject Arianna Teres as my mate!” His voice echoed across the terrain, piercing through my feeble heart. My mouth went open with shock as I glared at him, unable to accept what my ears heard. “She is an omega wolf, and for that reason, she can't be the Luna of Moonstone pack,” he added. With an expressionless look on his face, he returned back into the castle, keeping his gaze away from me. Tears kept streaming down my cheeks as I lifted my gown and fastened my hills, chasing after Damien as he walked into his chamber. “Why would you do this to me?” I wailed sorrowfully. He remained silent, facing his back towards me as he stood firmly. “Answer me!!” I yelled. “Leave, Arianna. What more do you want to hear from me? You have no place here,” he said firmly, keeping his back faced towards me. “Turn and face me. I want to see the look in your eyes,” I sobbed, yelling loudly as my heart ached with so much pain. But with a gesture from him, the guards quickly rushed and dragged me away while I wailed and desperately pulled against their grip.Celine's POV Hale leads the way to the house of the other witches. As I walked into the house, the looks on their faces weren't quite welcoming. They could probably sense the dark energy coursing through me. “You have some nerves walking into this place after you escaped death in our hands, Hale.” Hale smirked. “As you can see, I brought company.” “Who is this? I have never felt this aura of magic before.” I looked straight into their eyes, profiling them for a moment as the whole house was filled with great quietness. “My name is Celine.” They all gasped shockingly, finding it hard to believe me. “This is not possible. Celine of Mystic Falls.” I nodded softly. “You're right. I'm not here to cause any trouble.” “Then what brings you to this part of the world?” “I'm on my own journey. I don't think I should go into details.” “That's alright. But I'm sure you know you can leave unless we give you access to pass.” “Yes. Hale here told me about it. That's the reason we had t
Celine's POV“Good morning, please can I get a place to sleep?” I came across a beautiful lady in the neighbouring city, and I had this conviction within me that she might offer me some help. Her eyebrows furrowed as she glared at me, her eyes slowly darting from my head down to my toe. “Why are you so sure that I will want to help a stranger?” “I just need a place to spend the night. I'm a traveller, and I was told that the nights around here are terrifying.” “You're right. Perhaps you can spend the night in my house.” “Thank you very much.” She ushers me into her house, helping me out with the luggage I had with me. “Welcome to my humble home,” she gestures towards a chair, making sure I'm comfortable. “I'm very grateful. I appreciate your hospitality.” “I'll get you a glass of water right away.”Her hospitality is quite shocking because I've heard so much about those lands, and this was the least I was expecting from a land like this. She returns with a cup of water, and
Arianna's POV “What the hell is going on here, Johnson?” Ralph asked as an expression of deep confusion etched upon our faces. Johnson took his face away from us, avoiding eye contact. “Johnson, talk to us. We deserve an explanation. I don't want to believe that we're being betrayed.” “I needed to do it. You told me that we all have hope as long as we're alive. I guess this is my own version of hope.” I gasped in shock, finding it hard to believe what just happened. We were forcefully pulled away. “Take it easy with her! She's pregnant.” “It's not your call to make, snitch!” Bella spat on him as they pulled us into the cargo they came with. Ralph just bowed his head as words eluded his lips. He was thrown into a state of shock, finding it hard to believe what just happened. “I thought you said we could trust him.” Bella broke the silence. She had an expression of deep agitation and frustration. It was expected because she's a wanted person over here, and being arrested wo
Arianna's POV“You're on the right path,” a voice whispered through the empty clouds, echoing around the garden where I found myself. My eyes darted around, looking to see where the voice was coming from. But I was all alone down here, at least I was the only one who had form. “Why are you so sure? I'm just a young lady trying to find her path in this accursed world.” “That's the translation from one who hasn't even seen a fraction of what fate has in store for her.” “So will I say that you're fate’s messenger?” I asked the voice, keeping my eyes focused in the clouds, hoping the stranger would take form. “I won't call myself that.” “Who are you?” “I'm the voice in your head, the one that will guide you to where your destiny lies.”“It still doesn't make any sense to me.” “Be careful. Darkness exists in all realms. That's one thing they all have in common.” My eyes quickly shut open. It was a dream.I slowly helped myself to the bed, taking an upright sitting position as I
Arianna's POV“Can you two stop cuddling in front of me? It just makes me–” “Jealous! Use the right word.” Ralph and Bella both burst into laughter. It's a bad thing that we have to share the same room, but also a good thing that we don't sleep on the same bed because I would literally turn into a pancake if those two are with me. They are always cuddling, rubbing and fondling themselves together. I can't even remember the last time I was treated like that because the last one I used put me in this condition with a child. Maybe it's high time I even tried to drive them out of this house. “Johnson!!” I beckoned to him. He's the only one that can share in this pain and maybe offer some solution. “Why do you always have to scream my name like that?” He rushed out of his research room. This is like the tenth time I have called hom today, and I think I can relate to the way he feels. “Take a look at what these two are doing to me?” I pointed towards Ralph and Bella who just coul
Celine's POV“Here, give me your hand.” Iria, the High Seeress, said. With her powers, she could see through my past, future, and also detect events which I have dreaded to happen. I slowly gave my hand to her. She closed her eyes, running her hand through my palm like she was reading a compass in her head. “Let's visit the bones.” She slowly let go of my hand, turning over to face the bones which laid right beside her. She took a quick glance through it, and then she jerked back immediately. “You said you're looking for Arianna, right?” My eyebrows furrowed sensing that something must have gone wrong for her to suddenly ask me that question. I nodded gently, while glaring at her curiously. “Yes. Arianna.” She takes a deep breath as she turns towards me. “She's nowhere to be found in this realm.” “What do you mean? Then which realm would she be? This doesn't make any sense to me.” “It doesn't make sense to me either. I haven't seen anything like this before so it's a rather
