“Devia, listen to me just this once!”

Argan stood at the door of the apartment, his voice hoarse yet loud enough to make a few neighbors glance curiously.

Devia shoved the door harder, her face blazing with anger. “Go away, Argan! Stop coming here like a shameless fool! Do you think I can still believe you after everything that’s happened?!”

Argan pressed his palm against the door, keeping it from closing. “I don’t care if you’re angry. I don’t care if you hate me. I just need you to know one thing—I can’t let you go, Devia.”

“How laughable!” Devia scoffed bitterly. “You don’t even care about Revania, who claims she’s carrying your child. And yet here you are, pestering me with the same pathetic lines!”

Argan exhaled deeply, his gaze burning with determination. “I know Revania is pregnant, but that doesn’t change my feelings for you. You’re still my wife. I won’t let you divorce me.”

Devia snorted in disgust, her eyes sharp with contempt. “My God, Argan! Do you even realize how selfis

“Revania! We need to talk right now!”The door to Revania’s apartment slammed open as Devia stormed in without waiting for permission. Her breath was ragged, her eyes blazing with fury mixed with exhaustion.Revania, who had been calmly sipping tea on the sofa, feigned shock. She immediately stood, wearing an innocent expression. “Devia? Why would you barge in like this? What have I done to you this time?”Devia clenched her fists. “Stop pretending, Reva! I’ve had enough of your pathetic little dramas. You keep dragging my name through the mud in front of Argan and his family. I came here to warn you—end this game before it’s too late.”Revania exhaled slowly, setting her teacup down with deliberate calm. “Devia… why do you always think I’m trying to ruin you? You’re being paranoid. I just want to live peacefully with my pregnancy.”“Enough!” Devia snapped, pointing a trembling finger at her face. “I know you’re lying about that pregnancy. You’re using Argan, using the Dirgantara fami

That evening, the Dirgantara family’s living room was filled with warmth. Mrs. Dirgantara sat comfortably in her armchair, surrounded by several relatives engaged in light conversation. Yet beneath the harmonious atmosphere, Revania entered with a sorrowful expression, as though burdened by a heavy weight she couldn’t put into words.“Reva, you look so pale. What’s wrong? Is your pregnancy all right?” one of Argan’s aunts asked with concern.Revania lowered her gaze with a faint smile. “I’m fine, Auntie. I just… don’t want to worry everyone. Sometimes I feel… too much pressure weighing on me.”Mrs. Dirgantara immediately patted her hand gently. “You must take care of yourself, dear. Especially now that you’re carrying our grandchild. Don’t trouble yourself with heavy thoughts.”Her words made Revania’s heart swell. She knew the family was falling deeper into the web of lies she had woven. Yet she didn’t stop there.---With a soft voice, as if by accident, Revania began to lay the gro

“Devia.”The voice cut clearly through the roar of traffic and the chatter of employees spilling out of Dirgantara Group’s towering building.Devia, just stepping onto the sidewalk, froze. She turned, her eyes widening at the sight of a tall figure standing confidently beside a sleek black car. Alex Gafe, dressed in an elegant dark-blue suit, raised his hand in a casual wave—as if the world wasn’t already staring at them.“Alex?!” Devia hissed, panic in her voice. Her gaze darted nervously, scanning the crowd of employees, terrified that one of them—or worse, Argan himself—might see. “What are you doing here?”Alex smiled faintly, calm and unbothered by the curious whispers already spreading among the onlookers. “I came to pick you up, of course. Is that so strange?”Devia hurried over, tugging on his sleeve to pull him away from the growing stares. “Are you out of your mind? This is Argan’s office! If anyone sees us, gossip will reach his family in seconds.”Leaning down slightly, Al

“Excuse me, are you Devia Dirgantara?”A deep yet calm voice echoed in the elegant hotel café. Devia, who had been staring down into her coffee cup, lifted her head in mild surprise.A man stood before her—tall, broad-shouldered, dressed in a tailored gray suit that fit him perfectly. His face was strikingly handsome, his eyes sharp yet warm. He carried the air of someone accustomed to the world of high society.“Yes… I’m Devia,” she answered cautiously. “And you are…?”The man gave a small smile before politely gesturing and taking a seat across from her. “My name is Alex Gafe. You may have heard of my family.”Devia froze for a moment. Of course she had. The Gafe family was among the most prominent, known for their empire in real estate and investment.“What’s your reason for seeking me out, Mr. Alex?” Devia asked, her tone guarded.---Alex exhaled slowly, leaning forward slightly. “I know what you’ve been going through with the Dirgantara family… especially with Revania.”Devia’s

“So this is what you’re doing, Devia?!”Revania’s shrill voice rang across the front courtyard of the hospital. She stood in a loose, pale-blue maternity dress, her face intentionally pale but her eyes blazing with fury.Devia, who had just stepped out of the administration office, froze in her tracks. She exhaled heavily, trying to keep her composure. “What is it this time, Revania?” she asked flatly.Revania marched toward her, finger stabbing the air as though she were prosecuting a criminal in front of everyone. “Don’t pretend you don’t know! Do you think I haven’t realized you’re still trying to seduce Argan, huh? You know he’s my only support now, and you—you’re trying to steal him from me!”Several nurses and hospital visitors stopped, watching. Devia felt their stares pierce her like arrows, but she straightened her shoulders.“I’m not seducing Argan,” Devia answered, her tone controlled though edged with anger. “He’s the one who keeps intruding on me. I never asked him to com

The late afternoon felt suffocating. Devia stood by the garden of the Dirgantara family home, her face tense as she waited for Argan. A gentle breeze swept through the trees, but her chest tightened. She knew this meeting would not be easy—but she had to speak.Argan appeared through the gate, his stride brisk, his expression icy. When his eyes landed on Devia, there was no warmth, no hint of longing—only a piercing glare full of rage.“Devia,” he called in a low, thunderous voice. “I cannot believe you’ve gone this far… accusing Revania of lying about her pregnancy.”Devia bit her lip, struggling to stay calm. “Argan, I’m not speaking carelessly. I have reasons—”“Reasons?!” Argan cut her off sharply, his voice rising. “What reason could possibly justify slandering a pregnant woman? What justification do you have for accusing her of a lie so cruel, so absurd?!”Devia lowered her gaze for a moment, then lifted it again, her eyes brimming with tears. “Because I know Revania isn’t since
