Chapter 12 Go to Hell, Tamara

Tamara was annoyed. This man was such a child. Everything in the suitcase was precious to her. How could she just toss them?

She observed the place and saw there was a staircase leading up to her room’s balcony.

Tamara grinned. He wanted her to obey him?

Not a chance!

She brought her suitcase up using the staircase without hesitation. Once she put everything in place, she congratulated herself on a job well done.

The door to her room was left open. When Sebastian, who had just come upstairs, saw how happy Tamara looked, he furrowed his eyebrows and walked in. “Didn’t I ask you to toss them? Why are you here?”

Tamara shot a glance at him and pulled out her phone. “Mr. Lynch, everything in the suitcase is my private property. You have no say in what I do with them. If you still wish to order me around, my body might not be able to take it.”

Tamara rubbed her stomach to strengthen her point. It was a threat!

Sebastian’s face darkened, and he gave Tamara a cold look. This damned woman! How dare she threaten him?

Very well!

She’d better pray there wouldn’t come a day when she fell into his palm!

Seeing how angry Sebastian was as he retreated, Tamara felt proud of herself. She even pulled a face behind his back before returning to her room.

The next morning, Tamara got out of bed early. She bumped into Sebastian on her way out. He was fixing his tie and had shot her a side glance. “Come and have breakfast with me. We’ll be leaving for the marriage bureau later.”

When Tamara heard him, she paused. That was right. They hadn’t made things official yet.

After they had their breakfast, they got in the car. The atmosphere within was as tense as always.

When they arrived at their destination, a whimpering soft voice called out to them, “Mr. Lynch, will you really be marrying this mute?”

Rowena Xanthos rushed over and held onto Sebastian’s arm.

Rowena had always liked Sebastian. The Xanthos family was even in the midst of coming to an agreement with the Lynch family to arrange a marriage for them. She never thought Tamara would just come in and ruin things for her!

There were people working for the Xanthos family back at the hospital. Naturally, the Xanthos family knew about Old Mr. Lynch. They also knew about what went down that day. Rowena never would have guessed that Sebastian would actually marry this mute.

Sebastian frowned and looked coldly at Rowena.

He took back his arm and muttered in a low voice, “What’s that got to do with you?”

Rowena froze before saying, “Mr. Lynch, didn’t you agree to have an arranged marriage with the Xanthos family? Why would you marry this mute? You’re way out of her league.”

Rowena shot a disgusted look at Tamara.

Sebastian’s face darkened. “What makes you think I would have an arranged marriage with the Xanthos family?”

“But it’s the truth…” Rowena muttered unconfidently.

Sebastian had never agreed to a marriage with the Xanthos family. If anything, it was them who wished to use him to climb to the top.

“The Xanthos family isn’t even on my radar. Now if you would excuse me, Miss Xanthos.” Sebastian was cold and stared with distaste at Rowena before he ignored her completely and headed inside.

One scheming woman was hard enough to deal with. He didn’t want any more trouble.

Rowena was embarrassed. She observed Tamara with her teary eyes and found her standing quietly behind Sebastian.

Rowena knew there was more than met the eye when it came to this woman.

She actually got pregnant with Sebastian’s child! Damn it!

“Tamara Simmons!” Rowena stopped Tamara.

Tamara looked at her, confused.

Rowena walked up to her. “You can’t marry Sebastian. He’s way out of your league!”

Tamara calmly typed on her phone, “That’s none of your business.”

“You shameless whore!”

Tamara didn’t want to bother with Rowena and headed inside.

When Rowena saw this, her hateful glare fell onto Tamara’s stomach.

It was all because of the baby that Sebastian would marry her! If she got rid of the baby, Tamara would be nothing!

Rowena rushed toward Tamara and pushed her while yelling, “Go to hell, Tamara!”
