Arryn was sick.

When I arrived at his apartment building, I tried not to notice the luxury; even the elevator was classic.

People gave me strange looks, probably wondering what a poor-looking boy was doing in such a posh building. I walked faster, my hoodie thrown over my head, to the back of the elevator that took us to the fourth floor, where Arryn lived.

When the elevator finally stopped with a beep, I dashed out and to Arryn's door.

There were only three rooms on this floor, so it was not difficult to find his. I stood outside his door, a slight frown on my face, as I heard a female giggle coming from the other side. When I knocked on his door, the laughter came to a halt.

I almost thought I heard it wrong, but when the door opened to reveal a girl, I was proven wrong. She beamed. "Hi, you must be Kai?"

I nodded and took a quick scan. She was attractive, slender, and dressed in a mini-dress that reached her mid-thigh.
