It was early in the morning when I awoke in my office. I lifted my head as papers fell from being stuck to my face. I quickly organized them away and pinched the bridge of my nose.

My eyes felt heavy as sleep came very little last night. I tried to focus on pack dealings and project offers but my mind kept drifting back to Kya. Her scent alone has me wanting to head straight to my quarters and discover her secrets.
