5. New Life

NAGISING si chinggay na magaan na ang pakiramdam.

Lumabas sya sa kwarto at bumungad sa kanya ang simpleng salas. Banda sa gilid ay nandoon ang kitchen.

Then another article which Zade is with Jinry. She read the caption

"Life sucks right?" before she can say the word, Loony who's just woke up spoke.

She smiled. This man never fails to amuse her.

"Yeah, of course, then can i call you Loo. Haha" she laugh.

"Well, okay. Since we settled our pet names to each other, may i know what are you doing to that place?" he ask, his eyes became serious.

"Oh. Just so insensitive of me. Don't answer that." And she felt guilty all of a sudden.

This man gave her home. A food to eat, a place to stay. This man save her.

"Before the day that you saw me, i just got signed an a annulment. My ex husband cheated on me with my best friend and they will have child." she said, straight forward. Weird that she said it without stummering.

"And i just read an article that they are getting married" she added.

"Oh. Damn Chi, so.. How's your feeling?" tanong nito.

"I'm.. Not okay." she sigh.

She stop lying to herself.

"But i feel lighter today. Thank you Loo." she sincerely said.

"What are your plans. Revenge? I can help you." he offered.

She laugh a little bit.

"Revenge? Where did you get that idea?" she laugh.

"Because that's what normal people do if that's situation happened to them?" mas lalo syang natawa dahil sa pagkunot ng noo nito.

"I am normal okay." she said still laughing. "Its just that, my focus is to find a job, live my life with my own."

Tiningnan sya nito na parang tatlo ang ulo nya.

"Like seriously? Akala ko pa naman, hays. I hate kind people." he tsk.

"Get used to it, since I am going to stay here, for awhile. "

"Tss. About your work, what is your profession?" he ask.

"I'm a Registered Nurse. I graduated in China. But my ex husband did not let me work" she said.

"Shoot. Nice. I like nurses. I will recommend you to the hospital I am working with, so be ready okay?"

"Seryoso?" she got feeling excited.

"Yeah, para makapag simula ka muli. New life right?"

Hindi nya alam pero patakbo syang lumapit dito at niyakap ito.

"Thank you so much Loo." she said.

"Hays, I feel so handsome." rinig nyang sabi nito, and that made her laugh.

Pinalo nya ito sa dibdib

And they both laugh together.
