Naging maayos ang pakiramdam ko kinabukasan kaya natuloy ang beach activities na pinaplano ni Kiel.

Kiel decided to rent a boat for us to swim a bit far from the shore. Nang marating namin ang spot na kanina pa niyang bukambibig, sabay kaming tumalon sa dagat.

Hinawakan niya ang aking kamay kasabay nang pag-ahon namin. I laughed. That was a good dive! It's been a long time since I've swam. Nakakagaan sa pakiramdam.

Whenever I feel stressed out, beaches and nature walks are my go-to therapies. It soothes me and heals me in a way I never expected. Sa tuwing naririnig ko ang ingay ng alon ng dagat, at nakikita ang sikat ng araw maging ng buwan, para bang kinakausap ako nito na ipagpatuloy ko lang ang laban ko sa buhay.

It always reminds me to stand up like how the sun rises up every morning and how the moon lights up every night.
