She shrugged her shoulders, showing that it meant nothing. But I thought otherwise.

Then my stomach decided to make an appearance. I remembered I hadn't eaten since I finished off the Algoren Pack's peanut butter which was apparently three days ago. My stomach grumbled again just thinking about it.

I had been so exhausted from keeping my fox on a leash, hunger and thirst didn't even cross my mind. That was why I slept for so long, my body was trying to recover from a battle with my fox.

"We can go to the Pack kitchen and find some food." She said, glancing at my grumbling stomach.

I nodded my head. Escaping would have to wait. Harlen was right I wouldn't be able to do much with an empty stomach.

I let her lead the way. She went through the bedroom balcony and pointed under the bed. "All of your stuff from the Algoren Pack is under there."

A vicious growl ripped from my throat. I glared at the female.

Her dark brown eyes not backing down. One blink was the only thing that gave her away
