Andrea's black skinny jeans clung tightly to her long legs like a second skin. The loose top she wore made her pale skin stand out and also highlighted her slender figure.

Because she was in a hurry, she had tied her hair in a messy bun and took her bag which she discovered was extremely light. Well, she didn't mind.

Jessie widened her eyes in shock before a smile slowly graced her face. She didn't talk much as she ushered Andrea into the classroom before turning to the board again.

Andrea attempted to walk to her seat but stopped, a frown gracing her face. Her eyes settled on the empty desk which was just beside Valerie who now flashed a supposedly bright smile at her.

"I didn't expect to see you today, Andrea." Valerie mouthed, her smile still plastered on her face.

When she realized Andrea wasn't responding to her, the air grew awkward. Then she joked loudly, "I know it's been long since you attended classes, but I hope you haven't forgotten your seat is right beside mine?"
