Reiner's POVI looked through the council records to find a list of allies. The only way the packs would agree to a council is with total transparency. All council records were accessible by all the Alphas. The members of the council could only serve for 2 consecutive years. The body was a twisted mess. If I didn't know it was a werewolf, I would think someone had slaughtered something. My stomach lurched as I did all I could to keep from being sick.
