Fake tears streamed down Becky’s face as the doctor broke the news of her relapse to her.

Who fakes cancer? The doctor was in on it.

“Bunny! Can you believe it!” she cried endlessly as she reached for Mateo, who wheeled over to her.

“Becky don't, she’s pregnant, Don't exert yourself you should be resting” he reminded her before laying her head back on his shoulder.
