Jasmine's pov.

"Rob?" I shouted, almost tripping on my foot.

"Mummy?" I heard my tiny boy's voice. Before long, he appeared head first and ran into my waiting arms. "I've missed you, mommy,"

"I miss you too, my boy," I said as I peppered his face and head with kisses. "How are you doing? Are you ill? Is Daddy Dominic ill? What about Margaret?" I bombarded the small boy with questions.

"No mommy. We are all fine," he said happily, his tiny arms still wrapped around my neck. Just then Dominic trotted over causing me to release my boy and walk over to him, awkwardly.

"Hey!" I greeted him.

"I think we have said enough of that earlier today. How have you been and how is your fiance?" he spoke so softly and I strained, looking for edges of contempt in his tone or facial expression and I couldn't find none and as far as my mind-reading abilities worked, I couldn't spot any too.

"We have both been good," I answered with a small smile.

"And the preparation? "

"All good," I said in a conclusi
