Chapter 14 – Hot Guys and becoming a Boy
"Who?" I frowned at him. About whom was he talking about? My question made him scoff at me.
"The guy that you are flirting with at the Starbucks." He told me with a deadly calm tone. Then I realized that he was talking about Jake, the guy who approached me today while I was having my drink.
"Excuse me, that's none of your business." I snapped at him. How dare he assume things? Whether I flirt with Jake or not, that was not his business, I was not going to allow him to step all over me.
"So you were flirting with him, huh?" he looked mad, he took a threatening step towards me. I stood my ground and crossed my arms in front of my chest.
"I was not flirting with him!" I stressed out each word through my clenched teeth.
"Then who is he?!" he demanded, his eyes locked with mine, unwavering.
"Why do you care?!"
He didn't say anything, we were both breathing harshly. We didn't move an inch, our intense gaze clashed with each other.
