Synopsis
The Black Wolf was now standing so close to me. I let out a whimper and started to cry so loud. "Pl…please do… don't eat me” I hiccupped. It looked at me with amusement and fury clear in its golden orbs, which were surrounded by a blue ring. "Why…? Why did you eat him?” I asked Mr. Wolf with a hoarse voice, due to crying. It tilted its head to the side and made some strange noise. Its fur started to vanish and was replaced by tan skin. The wolf started to shift into a human, more like Alexander. I was speechless and he was... whoa! He was naked, like butt naked. ************** What happens when you kill the mate of the world's powerful Alpha in an accident? What if he was out for revenge? What if he would do anything to hurt you? Catherine was met with an accident a year ago, so after her recovery, her parents sent her to Maine to stay with her granny for a change of environment. Many mysteries started to unfold around her, and on top of it, an Alpha was obsessed with making her fall for him. Was he truly in love with her or was it all a facade? Would he fall for her, despite his hatred? Can a werewolf fall in love with a human and that too a human who killed his mate? Join the love story of Alexander and Catherine. [There is no second chance mate in my book]

The Alpha's Revenge Chapter 22 – Friendly dinner
It was our friends. They hadn't left the place, they were eavesdropping on us. They were all grinning at us, like lunatics."Hey, it is just a friendly dinner," Jake defended us."Yeah sure," Dalton rolled his eyes. Paul scrutinized his gaze upon Jake."If you hurt her, I'll chop your balls off and shove it down your throat." Paul threatened Jake like an overprotective mother hen."Jeez, Paul, calm down, it was just a friendly date." Chloe wrapped her arms around her boyfriend and kissed his jaw to calm him. Paul sighed and hugged her back."Point taken," Jake raised his hands in surrender. After our little chit-chat, we all scurried away and went along with our schedule. Rachel pulled me alone with her. We both have the same class which was business English, and there was still time for that to begin.*********"Now care to explain," Rachel crossed her arms in front of her chest and gave me a stern look. This was bad, this was

"You should be thankful that I didn't punish Leila for spilling my business." My eyes widened at the mention of Leila."I swear, I won't talk about your mate," I assured him, not wanting anyone to get hurt because of me. His nose flared, and he took few steps closer to me and bent down to my height. I was too flabbergasted by everything that was going on. I didn't dare to breathe and my doe-like eyes were wide with agitation. He looked into my eyes. His eyes held wrath while mine held terror. His blue against my brown; Ocean against the land; Werewolf against a human; Alpha against a commoner. I was literally trembling in my spot."You better not," his voice was too calm but his eyes held war. I nodded my head, gulping down my anxiety.********After that incident, I made my way to the cafeteria with a sullen expression. My mood was grim. I surveyed the café and spotted Paul along with Chloe, Rachel, and some of his boys. They were sitting n

He was not any guy; he was Drake, Xander's younger brother. He was looking at me with an apologetic smile for scaring me."Geez, don't pull this act again, I nearly died of a heart attack," I pointed an accusing finger at him and leaned backward away from him with my wide doe-like eyes. I was sure that I would be looking like a funny anime character at this jiffy."Sorry about that," he rubbed the back of his neck and gave me a sheepish smile. I nodded my head with my eyes still wide as if, someone was going to scare me again."So… what made you give me a near-death experience?" I asked him sarcastically. He groaned at me in a protesting way which made me chuckle."Just kidding," I giggled."Where are you heading to?" he enquired adjusting the straps of his bag."Creative writing,""Me too, let us go together." He suggested and I bobbed my head in accord.Rachel was already waiting for me when I reached our class. She wa

"Finally my granddaughter is getting a boyfriend, I am so proud of you, sweetie." She patted my head like I achieved a Nobel Prize. I pouted at her and swatted her hand playfully which made her gurgle at me. Her eyes crinkled at the corner and she looked happy. I was not even sure what was going in that head of his."I'm going to check on Eric," I pointed my thump upstairs and awkwardly walked away from her, she chortled at me softly."Cathie, Just don't rush things with Alex, I heard that he lost his Girlfriend and still grieving her death." She advised me. I stopped at the first step and gave her my full attention.Did my granny know about his personal life?"Give him some space to adjust with you, will you?" she asked me with full of concern. I think my granny didn't know that he was a werewolf, that's why she was calling his mate as his girlfriend."Okay, but what happened to her? How did she die?" I was really curious about his mate's death bu

This was not my room. I sat upright on the bed and examined my surrounding. The room was so dark, and the windows were covered by a curtain. The furniture was made up of cherry wood. The room had a dark and powerful aura. There was a masculine touch to its decoration.Where in the hell, I
