I woke up feeling sore the next morning, my body ached all over, like I’d been hit by a tree. I tried to shift on the bed but then realized that a strong arm around my waist was restricting my movements. Logan.

My back was pressed again his hard chest and I could feel his hot breath on my neck.

“Lay still and let me hold you”

He whispered, pulling me closer to him.

“I like holding you and I know you like it too”

He added and I raised my eyebrows.

“And how would you know?”

I asked, my tone a bit challenging and he chuckled.

“What? You don’t like it?”

He whispered and I gulped, afraid that if I said no, he would stop holding me.

“Can’t talk now? my lady?”

I swallowed hard, trying to find my voice.

I started to say but he interrupted me.

“shh, just relax. Let me hold you for a bit longer”

He whispered, his voice low and soothing and I smiled as I found myself melting in his arms.
