Jaden West is an alpha werewolf that all the female werewolves would die to mate with, he is loved and respected by his pack, but everything changes when an innocent human girl stumbles her way into werewolf territory; years of trauma from a war between humans and werewolves trigger the werewolves into giving their leader an ultimatum, skin the girl alive or be exiled; Jaden chooses the latter and he is shunned from werewolf territory because of his compassion, unless he brings back the head of a human child; but after he is exiled, a rogue werewolf arises and takes his place, his pack and so many other wolves are now enslaved by this new alpha and the only one strong enough to set them free is the one they exiled.

We live in a vast area of wilderness called The Werewolf Territory, and there are three towns. The war between my people and the humans has finally ended, and we have had peace for five years now. But with war, comes casualties. My parents are dead, they died as heroes. They were killed by the leader of the Human Territory during the war, and my older brother who was supposed to be Alpha of my pack disappeared. “I see something,” Daniel says as he looks beyond the metal fencing. We all look at him, waiting for him to elaborate. “It’s an elephant.” He adds as he smirks. “You’re lying,” Isaac says, hope lacing his words. I can tell that he’s very happy that we have found such a big animal, considering that we have just started our hunt. “I’m not...it’s right there,” Daniel says while pointing ahead but we don’t see anything. “Jaden, Jaden..” I hear a faint voice as someone shakes me awake. When I open my eyes, I see a blurry image of Isaac, and then my eyes finally clear. He is still in his werewolf form, which tells me that it is still night and not much time has passed since I was knocked unconscious by god knows what. “What happened?” I ask as I try to get up from the ground. The back of my head hurts so bad, and when I try to touch it with my hand, I realize that I am indeed bleeding. “Someone threw a stone at you, it was one of the humans,” Issac informs me, and I groan. Of course, one of them did. My team members have all shifted fully, but for some reason they have been able to control their urge to attack the humans, which is unbearably difficult to do.
