Delilah had fallen asleep soon after Dallin filled her in his arms. His strong arms had a nice secure feeling to them. Whenever he would hold her in his muscular arms very gently, she felt like no harm could come her way.
As she peacefully dreamt about humanly things, Dallin felt his muscles tightening, which made him wake up in the middle of the night.
Delilah turned aside and just like that she had rolled over in the bed to the other side.
Dallin watched her moving away in her sleep and he couldn't help but notice something on her back.
A little furrow to his brows emerged at the sight of a peculiar blemish on her back.
There was something about that mark that made Dallin gently push the blanket off her back to examine it.
It was an interesting mark, seemed like words were engraved in her skin. He pulled away from her and scratched the back of his neck in utter confusion and interest. Bringing the blanket over her body again just when he decided to rest, his bones became to crackle again.
"Argh!" he groaned in his mouth, quickly watched the sleeping beauty in the bed with him to make sure he hadn't woken her up. It was this time of the month. He couldn't believe he had forgotten about this. Since Delilah was only a wolf, she doesn't have to worry about it, Dallin thought.
For him, whether it was a blessing or a curse, he has to go into a painful transformation every month because of being a hybrid.
Not wanting to disturb her sleep, he sneaked out of the bed in his shorts to his basement.
His hybrid form was more powerful than any weapon combined and he was aware of the outcomes the human could bear if he was to be unleashed into the world in this form.
Dallin chained himself in the basement with the silver chains that were drenched in a powerful spell to keep him locked until his hybrid form washed off.
Now that he was confined to the basement only, he was ready for the painful transformation.
From a pleasant night with Delilah to an intolerable painful transformation, Dallin's life indeed took a turn in haste.
His muscles twitched as his body started to transition into his hybrid form. His muscles stiffened, making him close his eyes and be ready to undergo unbearable pain.
He bit his lower lip to prevent howling as one by one his bones twisted till he heard loud cracks of his bones breaking.
While Dallin was in the basement, dealing with immense pain, Delilah was jolted awake to the wind buzzing on the window from the storm. She stared blankly at the window with her mind dazed up and then a thunderclap jerked her completely awake to her surroundings.
She looked behind in bed for Dallin and found him gone. Her eyes then traveled to the bathroom that had all the lights out.
Though there could be various reasons Dallin had left her in his room in the wee hours, but something inside her told her to go fetch him up.
She walked out of the bed, her eyes quickly looking for any clothes to wrap around her body. His shirt was the only piece of cloth that interested her. She picked up his shirt and smiled weakly, the shirt was hardly going to fit her. Struggling to button up the shirt, she left it open after successfully buttoning up only one button. Once done with that, she left the room in search of Dallin.
The moment she left the room, she heard the villa filled with a howl. Her body felt a weird fear in the air, not knowing what was happening, the first thing her mind come up with was where was Dallin.
She knew something was in the mansion, her heart flipped every time she heard weird noises coming from the basement.
"Dallin?" she whispered, peeking through the hallway before she slowly walked down the stairs to the basement.
She feared for Dallin's safety, whatever was in the mansion, wasn't human for sure.
With every step to the basement, her heart missed a beat. She felt like numerous needles were itching through her throat as she fought to gulp her own saliva.
She was now standing in the basement, across from the silver bars. Her mind ceased to process what she was watching.
There was a prison built in the basement, if this had not baffled her, the next thing that appeared before her sight shook her heart to stop.
It was Dallin the midway of his transition. Delilah took a step back once the sight terrified her whole existence. She couldn't believe her eyes, and she wasn't the one to be blamed for it.
Right before her eyes was the man she loved and trusted, turning into a beast.
Every time he growled at the cracking of his bones, Delilah felt her heart pounding even louder.
This was horrendous!
What was he? Who was he?
Why didn't he tell her his truth?
Was he a werewolf?
Her mind drowned her in countless queries. She was just a naive, shy, fragile human girl, this sight was a lot for her.
And before she could respond, Dallin sniffed someone's presence. Dallin turned his body to acknowledge Delilah standing across from him. He tried to force a smile onto his lips through the painful transition, but he didn't know the girl he loved was just an ordinary human and this sight was new to her. Dallin forced his body up to be able to stand on his foot, he thought together they could fight the pain. In his mind, Delilah was here to help him through the transition; how sweet! but that wasn't the truth, she was terrified of him.
Dallin took a step closer to her in thoughts of having his skin brushed against her, which will ease up his pain, but only to see the fear in Delilah's eyes. She was watching him with the eyes a kid would watch a monster in his closet.
The fear in her eyes made him step back a little.
"Deeeeelaylah!" he grunted, his body started to cover in hair.
Delilah saw the whole thing happening and as Dallin's bone snapped, Delilah threw up on the floor.
She was disgusted by his presence. Dallin forgot about the pain for a moment as the pain of a broken heart surpassed every feeling.
Being a human girl, Delilah never thought werewolves existed, she was petrified and in the shock of what she had just seen, she sprinted away from her Dallin.
Dallin stood there in pain, watching the love of his life disgusted by his presence, he was baffled. Till now, Dallin thought she was a werewolf too, he thought she knew about him, but then why was she disgusted?
A tear rolled down from his eyes, the rejection from his true love and disgust she showed towards him killed the little humanity inside him.
He clenched his jaw and waited for the Hybrid form to take over while his body went through the extreme pain.
He was not going to let her leave so easily; she has to answer him for breaking his heart and rejecting him.
The weather was pleasant that day. Every human was busy in their normal and boring lives. The same routine of waking up in the morning and then off to the very humanly life. But it wasn't the same for the Clynts."That girl was a human," Dallin, a tall handsome guy with blue eye color, stated as he placed his one leg on the other. The Villa was huge, all fancy furniture and servants ready to serve him."I'm glad you find it out before you planted a seed in her." Dallin's grandfather wasn't very fond of the idea of his bloodline stopping. They were ancient vampires, and sadly, vampires can't breed and that was hard for Mr. Howard, the grandfather of Dallin to swallow. But then how did his wife give birth to Dallin?Howard's son, Garret, fell in a love with a hybrid without knowing her truth in 1750. His wife gave birth to a son, who gained his mother's genes and was a new but powerful hybrid.Sadly, the mother died giving birth as a cur
"No! I mean, look at her," Stacy continued, talking to her friends about Delilah, "Do you agree right?" she added very impressively.Delilah had no idea if she was complimenting her or making fun of her, because the interactions they had in the past weren't very pleasant."You look like you have lost some pounds, you look great." Stacy complimented Delilah with a huge smile on her lips. The sudden praise from Stacy made Delilah smile back in surprise and glee. Stacy had never done that, so it was indeed a huge deal for her."Really?" Delilah swiftly scanned her body and reddened at the girls who nodded their heads in agreement with Stacy."Yes! What diet are you following, how did you lose weight so quickly?" Stacy's eyebrows were arched in confusion and astonishment."I don't know, I mean, I just started working out and I eat less, I eat healthy I mean." Delilah, the innocent mind of hers failed to pick the game these girls were playi
G: I wanna take you out on a date tonight.G: I want you to come and spend time with me in my home. Delilah’s face turned pink once she saw the messages from G. She hasn’t even known him that much yet and he wanted to take her home already?Damn! He hasn’t even told her his name yet. “Who is it?” Monica quickly peeked through her phone, but Delilah was quick enough to steer away the phone from her.“No one,” Delilah lied bluntly, taking a step away from Monica and rushing out of the room despite Monica’s attempts of calling her. “Hey,” Delilah put the phone to her ear and ambled upstairs to the rooftop. “Hey, did you reach home?” Stacy’s voice was very cheerful whenever she spoke to Delilah,“Did you eat something? You better not starve yourself, okay? This body shape of yours has been just worth watching,&r
"Hey! I was waiting for you," Dallin greeted in his beautiful voice. He looked like a prince charming in a black tux, gray wool tuxedo vest, and a tie.His beautiful smile shone as his eyes changed the colors to bright red mixed with yellow stripes."Don't show your powers in the middle of the thousand guests." Howard, who was watching Dallin prepare himself for the past few minutes in the huge Cheval mirror, interrupted when Dallin showed his hybrid side in a flash."I thought you said we will be sure it's the she-wolf when we see her blue gown," Dallin complained, purposely raising points to annoy his grandpa."I can't deal with you anymore. Can you come and greet the guests now, she might be on her way?” Howard's statement after giving a stroke to his chin made its way to Dallin, who didn’t care what his grandpa just said to him.Howard met this girl through a vampire friend of his. After exchanging numbers with her, Howard constantl
Delilah knew crying won’t help her, the moment he reached her and grabbed her arm, she lifted her knee, and sadly, she couldn’t lift her knee to his crotch. She should have listened to her friend and start working out. Now that she was drugged up, she knew she had to do anything to get away from him before her mind and gives up on her."You wanted to hurt the hunter?" he raised his brow, confusing her more by calling himself Hunter.“Hahaha! You fat pig thought you coul---,” he laughed, and then suddenly, Delilah lifted her knee again and this time she kicked him right in his nuts with all the force she could gather. His eyes rolled back in his head and his face turned red, “You bi***,” He grunted, slowly dropping on his back. This was her time to make an attempt to leave this crazy person’s cabin. She dipped out of the room even when he was calling after her. She had to leave quickly, she ran downstairs and picked
“Here!” Dallin opened the bottle and lifted the cup, only to get shocked when Delilah snatched the whole bottle out of his hands.“Umm, are you sure?” Dallin side-eyed Delilah for chugging the bottle like she had no care in the world. Dallin picked the other bottle and followed her act by chugging the wine down his throat. Now that they were officially wasted and horny, they laid down on the mattress again.“Do you think people live on these stars?” the night was still young and so were they. Delilah had her finger pointing at the sky as she asked Dallin.“I don’t know, aren’t there Aliens living there?” he tilted his head to himself, accompanying Delilah into watching the stars.“Oh! I thought they are on earth now.” She pouted sadly, “can we go live on stars?” she questioned very innocently and turned her face to him.“We can!” Dallin had never
"Would you tell me where the heck did you spend your whole night?" Monica kept tailing Delilah ever since she stepped inside her apartment.Delilah looked for a charger and plugged it in, completely ignoring Monica, who stood behind her with her hands on her hips."Where were you?" Monica repeated herself very furiously. Delilah couldn't tell Monica how her date drugged her last night.Monica didn't like this new change in Delilah. She thought Delilah hadn't fully understood the dangers of the world to believe in strangers already."Can you give me some space," Delilah eyed Monica to leave her alone, she was dying to talk to Stacy and tell her everything about last night. Maybe Stacy will be able to help her with that Guz guy as well, since it wasn't normal what he tried to do to her."Delilah!" Monica tried to get her attention, but Delilah stormed inside the bathroom to take a quick shower. A lot happened in one night, and she wasn't ready
“How?” she whispered to herself, he helped her get back on her feet and then looked away sadly. Why did she bump on him? what would he be thinking of her now that he can see her in daylight?“Dallin!” she uttered his name in her mouth, not believing he had found her when she thought he would never try to look for her ever again, could be a coincidence. It took him a minute to respond after filling her face in his eyes. He grabbed her wrist and pulled her to the side, in an empty street.“How did you find me?” She asked once she found him standing in front of her with his arms crossed on his white suit and watching her without blinking his eyes.“Why, you really thought I wouldn’t be able to find you?” he wanted to yell at her, be mad at her, but the way she looked at him made him retract.“I mean; I knew you wouldn’t want to.” She whispered and lowered her head, holding her
