Chapter 22: Don't You Dare!
“Stop where you are!” Alpha Domino exclaims as his voice echoes through my head. Opening my eyes, it takes a few seconds for them to adjust till I hear another noise and quickly focus on it.
This time it is Arabella’s voice I hear, and she is screaming loud and clear, “Let me go, damn it. I’m not one of them, I am a human.”
That is when I hear Alpha Robert’s voice from behind her bellow full of anger, “I know. That is precisely why we are here. To get rid of the trash that Julian has let in. We don’t appreciate humans and since you are one of them, you soon will be dead. Now hold still.”
“Don’t you dare!” I roar at the top of my lungs.
They hadn’t realized that I have stood up and now I am busy rushing at them with my claws out. After all, I am hoping to reach them before they can ever harm a hair on Arabell
