Chapter 164

Celia

My heart was thundering with conflicting thoughts about Jasper and Vasil. I could not leave one for another.

I had not let anybody touch me like Jasper and even if I wanted to believe in the Moon Goddess’ choice, my heart and body seemed to crave for Jasper.

But why could I not wholeheartedly and completely give myself to the handsome Lycan prince?

The Lycan prince had not taken me as a slave but as a friend, and now he was much more than that. Even the thought of his touch and his lips on me was exciting. I could not help but blush when I remembered that.

However, his face fell when I spoke about meeting Vasil. I looked at him nervously and Jasper tried to hide his disappointment.

“Well, okay, but know that I cannot let you meet him alone. I need to be around.”

I nodded my head in understanding. Jasper cared for me and my well-being.
