Chapter 11: The Presentation

Eliot Park’s POV

Since I discovered that Astrid Freya Olsen was not in Norway and I did find out that she was a Ph.D. student at an institute that I know so much, I just have to go there and meet her in person. Even my mother was surprised to see me again after my last visit which was a few months back.

I have never been visiting her more than once every 2 years.

“Well, this is a change of scenery,” she said when I was settling in my bedroom at the family mansion that we bought in New York City. I smiled at her before I was pulling her to get some dinner together.

“Don’t worry. It will be only temporary,” I said before we went to get some dinner and I have been in the States for one month now. It is time for me to meet my mysterious scientist now.

And right now, I was inside my mother’s office, talking about something before someone opened the door and I was staring at the odd couple that was giving us a show at the conference in the garden.
