Defeating a houndra was no easy business, Kai could testify to that,he had spent a lot of time fighting them when they came to attack his pack wolves.

But never did it ever occur to Kai that he would be pissed with something so difficult as catching them—alive!

It was easier to lay waste to them than to capture them.

The creatures themselves did not give you room for any other option, it was either you kill or be killed. There was no space for running, no one ever escaped those creatures on foot, it never happened.

“You want us to catch a houndra? Can you hear yourself speak?” Kai asked Akira.

“Well we have to, if you have a better idea than what I have provided then you better speak up. Time is a luxury we can't afford.”

“We could ready the guards? We have a fighting chance, we could fight them off. Even better now that they are in an army together, we can wipe them all out.”

“Seems too easy—” Tony said.

“What is?” That was Kai, irritated at the fact that Tony was still here.
