I only knew who they were by scent because I didn’t bother to look in their direction. That doesn’t stop me either though as I put my claws at his stomach and slowly dig in, “Maybe you’re the one who should watch the way you talk to a Turned wolf,” my claws slip deeper and deeper but he doesn’t so much as flex his abs. “Especially when you have no information on them,” he still doesn’t move an inch the whole time as I retract my claws and scape upwards a bit. I didn’t go too deep, he’ll heal in seconds from what I’ve learned from Star.
He looks over to his pack members and his brows furrow again. His blood making a show of color on his white tshirt. I look over to his pack members as well and realize they’re stuck behind some type of invisible shield. I can’t hear them but I can see them banging on it like it’s a wall. His head snaps to mine and I back up eyes wide on him. I shake my head, so confused and the shield drops. Sound explodes with curses and then arms are on me pushing me to the floor, I didn’t fight them off. After a long moment of silence, “Let her up,” the Alpha says. I didn’t fight the tears running down my face either. They pulled me up but didn’t let go of my arms. “Star what the fuck was that? Did we do that? Was that us?” I ask frantically. “I told you, you’re more powerful than you know,” she says. “What does that mean? You knew I could do that?” I ask. “No, but I can feel your power and strength Akira. And it explains how we escaped the cell and the other pack,” she doesn’t know much but I know she’s hiding more from me. “Akira!” The Alpha shouts, probably because his Alpha command isn’t working. “Pay attention,” he says more calmly than I expected. The men on my arms let me go. I look around and they’re bowing their heads and leaving but his Beta and Jack are trying hard to stay. Eventually they leave. I look up at him and his arms are on my shoulders shaking me but his words aren’t registering. As a human I would disassociate when frightened. My fight or flight mode is seriously twisted now. I fight when I shouldn’t and I don’t run when I should. I’m shaking but it’s not from him this time. I hug my arms around my stomach and he cups my face and stares into my soul with those deep blue sea eyes that are never ending. I could get lost in those so easily and right now, I was. I blinked and came back to earth. “Breathe Akira, and talk to me, please,” he says. “Oh so now we’re using niceties?” I ask sarcastically but breathing heavily. He smiles but it doesn’t reach his eyes. His pants fall, then his boxers and as I move my tongue teasingly over him he releases a long “fuuuuck” and moan out of his mouth. His hand finds my hair as I stare at him, taking him in and out. His eyes fully black now, with lust, with everything all at once. I can feel him throbbing in my throat and I’m moaning as well. I can hear his breath stop and feel his body stiffen before I feel him release into me, but that doesn’t stop me. I keep going, swallowing everything he gives me and once he’s done I let go and stand up.Noah puts his hand under my chin and lifts it so we are looking as each other in the eyes as he says, “Now it’s my turn” and he kisses my lips so tenderly. His hands softly trace down my bare shoulders and down my arms til he reaches the hem of my shirt and lifts it over my head. Then he slides down my pants and growls, “No panties?” He asks, I blush instantly forgetting I did that. He’s on his knees now and his warm hands are feeling every inch of my legs, placing
I grab my wine glass and force down another sip trying to wash away the sins forming in my head. Noah takes another sip before finally replying, “What if I do like you?” My eyes snap to his. “You don’t even know me,” I say, trying to back track already, my breath faltering. “Do I need to know everything about you to be attracted to you?” His smirk makes my heart rate pick up speed. “Those are two very different things, don’t you think?” I tell him. “I think they can also go hand in hand,” he counters. I can’t help my breathing as it picks up pace as well now. “Are you saying you’re not attracted to me Akira?” He confidently asks. “I-….” I’m left speechless. His blunt reactions are catching me off guard and I’m not sure how to react to it. Physically, my body is reacting positively to his words and Stars’ purrs through the bond aren’t helping. “I’ll take that as a yes,” he’s full on grinning now, and I fear I might never want him to stop. “You’re extremely confident Noah,” I say as I

“What else would you like to know little wolf?” He asked in a slightly playful manner. As the one question that forever aches through my soul burns in my mouth, the server drops off another wine bottle and I hurriedly take it, pouring a huge glass. Noah’s eyebrow did the signature move as he clicked his tongue. “Be careful,” he warns. I take a sip so big my cheeks puffed out with the amount of the liquid taking over my mouth and rapidly sliding down my throat. “Why me?” I finally ask. “Why you what?” A whisper of irritation slid through me, “Why did he choose me?” I study his face as if it holds every answer. His forehead tightened, shadows gathering above his eyes, “I’ll do whatever it takes to find that answer for you Akira, but right now I have no idea,” his answer cracks a little piece of my heart, but I know it’s not his fault, why would he know? “I’m sorry,” he murmurs softly as he reaches for the bottle and pours the same amount I did into his glass. My lips twitch as I force
“To be quite honest, I can’t tell you the last time I ever went on a date,” Noah says. “I just thought, after you asked for steak, that it would be a good idea to get you out of the cabin for a night and give you an opportunity to ask me any questions you might have.” The slight rejection stings but I shove those feelings away. They are not going to do me any good so it’s better to pretend they don’t exist at all and definitely don’t act on them. My mind is racing at a mile a minute now with questions I need to ask, answers I need to know. “Is that why you’re being nice to me now, because I’m a super special turned wolf?” I ask. “You have absolutely no reason to trust me. No reason to believe anything that comes out of my mouth.” I ramble on, my attitude peaking through slightly, “So tell me Alpha Noah, why did you agree to have me “audition” for your pack?” I look at every inch of his face, my eyes roaming over every feature. I watch his jaw clench but his stoic expression remains. H
