Anderson in his current state was not thinking straight. From the moment the dread and realization dawned on him about the high chance of Carson dying at the hands of the young Mary, the cloud in his mind had slowly begun to spread. He may have not realized, but for a while the thoughts of protecting this family of his had slowly begun to replace the main ideology and aim of his survival. The cloud was making him lose sight of what he was supposed to do. No, more specifically, he was allowing it to.From the moment Anderson arrived in this world and received the memories he now carried and cherished, he had allowed the feeling and seed of protectiveness he had developed to grow. He knew it would hurt him. He knew it was very stupid of him, but for some reason, he just allowed it to do so. The feeling of a family different from his wife was a unique feeling that he was relishing to the day.Anderson was a person who had neither had any proper family nor displayed any ki

Just because she did not know how to, did not mean she wouldn’t try. Looking at what the young girl was going through was hurting her quite a bit. Even though she could not relate to what she was going through, it was still heartbreaking to think about what she was going through. She tried to make her feel safe, but she knew the young girl would need therapy if the incident had not already scarred her beyond help. They remained silent with Mary continuing to silently stare in empty space. Sheriff Doyle sighed dejectedly and stood up from the couch. “Why don’t you take her home. We’ll try again another time. For now, let me take you home and allow her to get some rest.” Carson nodded his head in understanding. He walked to Mary and slowly helped her stand “Come on dear. Let’s ho home.” She slowly stood with the help of Carson, and both walked to the sheriff’s car. Anderson had been worried about them both that was the reason he had opted to try and protect them. He had initially wanted to stay with Carson, but realized he was not in his room after knocking a few times and entering. Anderson knew there was only one place left for him to be, especially when he had not been given much attention all evening since they got back. Although he did not know about later that evening, he knew Kira would definitely give him some attention during his sleepless night. Seeing a dead body for the first time was not something someone easily got over.Anderson walked to the girl’s room. He was about to knock gently so just so he did not wake up Mel. Anderson realized the door had a slight crack opened and was not completely closed. Looking through, he saw his two friends seated by the window ledge, having a conversation. The blue angel orphanage was somewhat of a big orphanage. It was the culmination of the work of a few philanthropists and was the only one in the whole city to not be affiliated to any catholic belief. Some said it was more of a smack in the face, a goad to the Catholics, especially for building it right in the middle of the city surrounded by other catholic orphanages and churches. As much as the rumors spoke, both parties knew it was more of a friendly competition among themselves. Something more of a who can help more orphans, type of competition. There was and there had never been a single bit of hatred among them. What they enjoyed was truly helping those in need. The Blue Angel orphanage, the only one of its name, was where little Anderson was sent and had stayed for a few years. Agnes Harth. Age eight. Agnes grew up in a home where neither mother nor father had any time for her or her siblings. Her father, whom she loved very much regardless of the amount of time he spent with her, always came home to a very dissatisfied wife who complained at the littlest of incidence. As time passed her mother complained more and more, and her father, returned home less and less. One day her father came home to find little Agnes crying in her room.
