Daniel was already waiting for us outside the hostel. There were many cars packed in front of the hostel so it was kind of difficult to locate where he was. I thought he had actually booked an Uber but as we got there he was actually the one driving. He later told me he had gotten the car and wanted to surprise me. It was a beautiful black Benz.I was already dark and I could only see him well because of the street light. He was also dressed very smart in a Gucci designer wear."Hey babe" he said giving me a hug and kisses light kiss. Chioma just stood staring at us and she later whispered something into my ears about my boyfriend being damn cute.He and chioma also exchanged pleasantries aftet I introduced them and we got into the car. I say at the front sit fastening my sit belt and turning on a music. There was a little traffic on the road and we got there around seven thirty in the evening. As we got there boolu welcomed us warmly. Then she went away talking to other people."Have you seen Ashley" I asked chioma. "I haven't really seen much of her tonight though, but I saw her standing at that far end with two girls, before she disappeared" Chioma said looking around."That's unlikely her o, who would have known she would have been quiet all through the party, I thought she would have caused a scene by now" I said and it got chioma laughing."Hello bitches" some one said from behind, and turning around behold it was Ashley."Talk of the devil, where have you behind, I just asked chioma about you now" I replied."I will gist you later my dear" she said all smiles."Hmm this one you dey s

After I unknowingly dozed off once or twice in the reading room, I quietly picked up my books and headed back to the room. My eyes would probably be blood shot now as I was feeling very sleepy. The weather was extremely cold now and i imagine how I would fall on my bed and sleep peacefully with my big duvet all over me as iget to the room.As I walked through the Walk way that led to the stairs, I heard a noise from the far end of the compound near the fence. The solar energy that gave light to that part of the compound was bad and I couldn't see clearly. At that instant what was in my mind was to flee or run as fast as my leg could carry me to the room but something in me compelled me to find out what was that.I went closer putting on the flashlight in my phone to enable me see clearer because it was dark there. As I got closer I saw some one from the other side trying to get into the hostel, it was actually a guy on black all over. As soon as he saw me he jumped down and fled ins

Tomorrow being Friday was the last day of the exam. I glanced at my wrist watch, the time had really gone quickly as it was already six o'clock in the evening. I stood at the side of the road looking stranded and tired. I had actually gone to the market that was outside school hostel earlier to get some things I wanted to use to prepare soup. After buying everything I needed and was about to go home it had started raining heavily. I watched my the rain pour down non stop for nearly two hours before it turned into drizzle, with only small drops of water. I was was actually taking cover under a small stall made with zink and wood, but when the the rain was no longer heavy, I came out to see if I would get any bus that was going to the school hostel. I waited endlessly four some minutes without seeing any bus. Almost all the buses I saw were going to town, which was at the other side of the road. There were also many students like me who had also come from the hostel to get somethi

I came out from the exam Hall which was taken in the school CBT centre exactly at four o'clock because it was an afternoon paper. It was an hour examination from three o'clock to four o'clock pm. The weather was very hot and still sunny. The sun in the sky shone brightly like it was still two o'clock in the afternoon. I used the White and spotted blank handkerchief that I was holding to shield my face from the sun by placing it on my head. Then I saw my coursemate Hannah at the front and ran fast to catch up with her. Her legs were tiny and long like that of a ostrich and she always walked as if her feet never touched the ground and as if she was in a hurry."Hi Mira!, Didn't know your exam was also today o, and I didn't see you in the hall" She said when she sighted me as I got beside her."Almost everyone in our class had exam today, I think it's law and medicine students that their general paper would be tomorrow" I said trying to walk with the same pace with her, she noticed that a
