XERXESRight after solving my employee's problem, I feel at ease. Telling her some of my crucial parts seems to give me the kind of relief and security which makes me feel even lighter...And happily motivated. For some anonymous reasons, minsan napapangiti ako kapag naiisip ang pinapakita niyang ekspresyon no'ng bahagya kong ginulo ang kaniyang buhok. She was very cute and innocent. Especially her chinky eyes widened every time she got surprised. Even the pure smile she gives me earlier left a mark inside my head, whichever leave me since then. *Knock*knock*knock*Three simultaneous knocks from my office's door took my attention, making me look at it. Sooner, Sam entered my office with coutable folders in hand. "Good afternoon, Sir.

XERXES*ring*ring*ring*I lazily groaned when my phone rang in the middle of the night. I'm so tired and that I don't feel like getting up just to accept the damn call. But then, right when I was about to answer it, the call ended by itself. "Damn, who's this annoying bastard that disrupts my sleep?" I'm too fcked up to do that. Kakatulog ko nga lang hours ago, and then this person interrupts the rest I earned? "Who the hell are you? Make sure that this is an important matter or I'm gonna blow your face when I see you." Malutong ko itong minura. "Babe?" H

KRIESHAAs usual, maaga akong gumising. "You wake up early today." Bungad niya. Ngumiti ako sa kaniya, sabay bati. "Maganda umaga, Sir Tres. "I see. Have you not overdo it? Baka nagkulang ka sa t

XERXESWhen we finally arrived at the hotel I booked, I was not able to look after Kriesha beause I have excused myself to answer Lian's call. It took me sometime to comeback, but I believed Kriesha will be just fine. I have let her arrange and settle our things at the upper presedential penthouse I booked. Meaning, this room is like a house with four bedrooms, kitchen and living area. It is located just below the sky cafe lounge of the hotel. "Nasa Japan ka? Anong ginagawa mo diyan? Is it an overseas conference again, babe?" Lian asked while she was busy folding her laundried clothes. We're having a video call right now, and I am still here at the ground floor lounge of the hotel. I can't let her see Kriesha, dahil sigurado akong mamasamain niya ng pagkakaintindi. Maybe, I could let her meet my employee once we finally ceased each other's future. "Yeah, it's business, babe. I simply answered while wat

XERXES"May kidney stones ang Papa ko at kasalukuyan po siyang naka-admit sa hospital, Sir." this is the first time that I learned something from her, and I didn't expect it to be so sad and tragic. She must be hanging in there for a while now. I wonder how she keeps those pretty smiles and a good sense of humor despite her narrow situation? I don't know what to say, I feel sad for her, however I don't know how to deliver my sympathy. Is it still right to ask something private like this? Did I invade her personal life too much? The sadness from her voice and in her eyes made me gasped the guilt I cannot undo. "I'm sorry to hear that..." I mumbled my apology towards her, pero nginitian niya lamang ako. "Ayus lang po, wala ka namang kasalanan." I know she just spared me from regrets, because she had no choice but to do so. "But, I asked about your private matters." I stated in a low visible tone.
