The loud thud on the huge brazen door of the council chamber woke me up in an instant; I looked up as it paved the way and felt strong hands dragging me through the same chamber I once walked into elegantly; my head was banging.'What’s happening?' I thought to myself as I struggled my way through the huge hands pulling me to the center of the chamber.Drops of blood rolled down from my head to my face. I looked at the ground, and it was 'my blood!!!'Everything flashed back in an instant and the pain on my head sharpened.'This cannot be happening, no!!!!' I screamed inside me, sobbing.I remembered waking up in an unusual room with blood on the bed and a weapon that I had never used before or even seen. It was such a sight that I almost threw up until the door was unlocked, two strong guards barged in, that was a great offense to enter a room without permission, and this was Lowell’s room, they had to be punished for this single act, I was only interrupted when another figure entere

My mind was alive, but my body couldn’t move; if I had this hope holding on tight to me, then I would have to fight for a second chance. It didn’t feel surreal; I felt my legs move, and then my hand followed. The sea wanted to take me deeper, but I kept struggling. I wasn’t going to give up now. I prayed for a second chance; how many more battles do I have to fight before I am granted my wish? Don’t take me!! No!!“Please grant me a second chance, help me please”!I screamed, or no, my mind did, because I didn’t hear any sound, but my will was stronger than anything holding me down; then there was a spark coming from underneath; I felt every energy from below the surface; it engulfed my body, soul, and mind. I couldn’t keep up with it, but it filled my body with strength, this time different; it wasn’t a natural strength a werewolf could have; it was much deeper, stronger, and heavier. What is happening? The different faces, cries, sobs, screams, laughs, cries, all the emotions a pow

Take me” my voice echoed in the hall. “Please, take me” Immediately I let out those words, a feeling of regret washed over my face as I turned swiftly to leave “Wait” His voice was not as firm, nor commanding as it sounded in the meeting with the elders, rather it was more softness and pleading I hope he didn’t see those feelings in my eyes, I hope he did not enjoy seeing me wanting him and being vulnerable I had messed up and as much as I wanted him that bad, letting my guard down and begging him should be the last thing on my mind, if anything he should be the one begging and apologizing for making me his prisoner under the name of being his mate, and hitting me with those big hands that left a mark on my face. Just like I thought of it, he walked up to my front and examined my face; after seeing that the marks were gone, he was surprised at first, but maybe he had realized that, after all, I am a witch who could kill him at any moment with my powers if I wanted to. “You he

The dream started as a whisper, gradually losing brightness and building in intensity over time. The surrounding within me shifted, the smooth bed linens dissolving into mist replaced by ancient trees. I have never been here yet and I could feel it in my bones. The tall trees danced in the fast breeze, their leaves sparkling silver in the blood-red moonlight. The air smelled of burning sage and damp earth. From the shadows emerged a creature, its presence both terrifying, my body shook in fear but I couldn’t open my eyes, It was unlike anything I had ever seen, a being dressed in flowing black robes, its face a mix of animal and human faces, eyes glowing like gold, skin as glassy as though it were made from the stars themselves. The creature towered over me and as it drew near, a shiver ran down my spine. But it did not feel auspicious, It felt… ancestral, as if it were part of me, part of my lineage, it felt so real, like my own, as much as i wanted to run away from this unknown plac

Ralph’s breathing was deep and steady, his hand resting protectively on my waist, as though he could somehow guard me from whatever thoughts filled my mind. Staring at his face, brushing my lips across his jawline in a soft, lingering kiss. My heart pounded against my chest, not from desire this time, but from the weight of what I was about to do. The fear and the doubts echoing in my headWill everything work out fine? What if it doesn’t work? What if I'm caught?I hope the spell works because Ralph has always blocked me out from using my powers on him, but the Keeper had assured me that this is an ancient spell and he will be entrapped. Surely. Gently, I whispered into his ear, sweet words at first that masked the true intent behind my touch. My lips hovered near his neck, the warmth of his skin against mine almost breaking my resolve. But I had to focus. I had to do this for me, for my child. The Keeper’s words from the dream echoed in my mind, a spell that would plunge him into
