บททั้งหมดของ The Luna's Vampire Mate : บทที่ 61 - บทที่ 70

Leo's POVI don't know what has come over me to even think of allowing her to do what she's been doing lately. Just yesterday, I had unleashed my anger on her but when I saw how Will was so happy around her, I just couldn't bring my heart to do what I wished any longerI want to fulfill Will's wish which means hers as well, as much as I hate to say it. It's been more than a week and she still hasn't said anything about my outburst of anger where I choked her and almost killed her. Clara is not the type to be quiet when something like this happens. Yeah, she knows I am a vampire but one thing she made so clear to me was never to use my power on her, and yet, I did… almost did and she hasn't flared up yet. Or did she really change as Grandfather had said? No, people don't change. People don't change so quickly. It's been years but still… What would cause her to change? She was unconscious for a while? That wasn't the first time. Drugs had knocked her down so many times and she woke

Natalie's POV Miles, as he had earlier said, didn't go to the office the whole day. He kept plotting how to tell Leo to allow Mia back into the family without having to go on a hunger strike. Grandfather J and I sat on the couch watching him rehearse and rehearse the words he was going to say immediately Leo came in. I didn't need to say anything, I had told him Will and I would do something about it but he wasn't listening because I had spoken about the hunger strike. Grandfather couldn't stop laughing at Miles. It wasn't 2 pm yet when we heard the sound of a car driving in. Miles paused his steps while I gulped. It's a mixed feeling, as much as I wanted to see him, I didn't want to see him because he caused my heart to beat faster than it used to. I was never at ease with him around. Grandfather and I were sitting when we heard his voice, he was speaking with someone. When Miles heard his voice, the coward ran upstairs in a flash. I couldn't help but burst into laughter.

Leo's POVFirst, it was Clara who stole my son away from me and acted all sweet and loving to him. Will has totally forgotten about me just because he now has his mom give him attention which I can tell with my eyes closed that it was fake again! Grandfather had begged me to give her one more chance but what kind of a father would I be if I cannot protect my son from the clutch of his witch of a mother? Yes, I didn't even think to go back after driving off without her. I wish she didn't know the way to the house, I wish she could just get lost there and not go back to the house. She had caused too much sadness for my son! Then, thinking I could at least be relieved of my anger and focus on work, Miles decided not to show up. What the hell does he think he was doing? I had called his phone severally but he didn't pick up until he switched it off, that brat! All because of Mia. Right from when Mia came to live with us, I knew Miles was interested in her but I don't trust women anymo

Leo's POVAll the way back home was quiet, no one spoke, not even Will and that was because he fell asleep immediately after he got into the car. I wondered how stressed he must have been. I watched as he placed his head on Clara's lap and slept peacefully. Clara didn't say a word but only raked her fingers through his hair but her gaze was out the window. Was she avoiding my questions? Does she think all of that would stop me from asking her questions? When we got home, she picked Will up and walked in before I could even step down. I wanted to take Will thinking she wouldn't be able to carry him but it looked like she was a pro in what she was doing. I narrowed my eyes at her as I watched her walk into the mansion. There is something different about her presence. This was the first time Clara had ever been this quiet when we were together, it was either we were quarreling or we were fighting. It had to be one. The way she didn't speak all through the ride was suspicious. Was she

Natalie's POVGrandfather and I spoke for a long time before we were called down for dinner. We both went out together and saw Miles already seated in the dining room. “Good to see you, Clara” “Likewise Miles, heard from grandfather you've been in your room, locked yourself in there for fear of the unknown” Grandfather chuckled softly while Miles snorted at me,“Don't act like you know me!” And I rolled my eyes at him. Miles was running away from Leo certainly but how does he plan on getting Mia back if he is a runner? “I don't know you, but I know what you want. Running away isn't the answer.” I replied then turned around, “Now, where is my boy, Will?” “Leo will bring him,” Grandfather answered and I nodded. Not deliberately, but I noticed no one was there until they came down, Father and Son. Will was rubbing his eyes with both fists, he just woke up or his father woke him up. “Momma” he called softly when he saw me and I smiled at him,“Hey boy, how are you?” Leo dropped Wil
