REAH'S POV I watched as Gamma Louis walked into Alpha Xavier's office and I let out a deep breath. "Don't mind him, he's a playboy," Fryster told me and I giggled. "He looks like it," I replied and with that, we both focused on our business. Later, The door opened and Gamma Louis walked out. He came to stand in front of my desk with a bright smile on his face "I'm done now. I will see you later, Reah," He said. "Alright, Gamma Louis. It was nice having you here today," I replied and he laughed. He waved at me and winked at Fryster before walking away. Fryster rolled his eyes "He's not going to let you rest anymore," He mumbled and I laughed. We continued with our work as it was still very early. Soon, my phone started ringing and I checked only to see that it was Joyce. "Babe?" I called after answering the call. "Reah, I'm in front of your company but they won't let me in. Can you come pick me up, please?" Joyce's annoyed voice rang from the other end of the call and my brow

REAH'S POV Staring at the countless papers on the ground, I felt a deep ache in my heart. I checked my time and realized it was only one hour to Lunch period which I was planning to use with Joyce but looking at the papers on the ground, I doubted I would be able to finish it in two hours even if I tried my total best. I looked at him, pondering what to do but then again, standing was wasting more time so I decided to get to it. I had taken the nutrients which in turn gave me the confidence that my child wouldn't be easily hurt. I started arranging the papers, picking them according to dates, relevance and categories. Some talked only about one product and needed to be placed together, some might be about hotels, which must be placed together. Like that, I arranged the papers as quickly as I could. Not long after, my phone started ringing and when I looked at the caller, I was surprised to see that it was an unknown number. I hesitated a bit but still decided to answer the call "H

REAH'S POV The day flew faster than expected and before I knew it, it was already Gabriel's birthday! It was a Saturday party, so there was no work hindrance and due to the nutrients I'd been taking, The doctors confirmed that my baby was very strong already. They even told me to stop as too much of everything was worse than not taking it at all. Alpha Xavier had traveled since yesterday for a business trip with Fryster which made me very happy. I did not even bother to tell him about the birthday party because he would only come on Monday ~I had arrived at Gabriel's place an hour ago, waiting for Gabriel who had gone to his office to pick up some things he forgot yesterday. Joyce and I already prepared everything. The birthday party, according to Gabriel should be very small with an attendance of not more than twenty guests. He wasn't planning to have too many guests so we decided to have the party in his house instead of renting a hall for just less than twenty guests. "We are

REAH'S POV After an hour or so, Alpha Xavier stood up and walked toward the bathroom. He spent a few minutes in the bathroom before he stepped out with his towel on his waist and his eyes fell on me. "Get up and sleep on the floor," He ordered. My brows furrowed, and my mouth parted to ask him questions but in the end, I could only swallow and stand up as he said. I entered the bathroom and had a nice bath before I returned to the room in my bathrobe. I placed some blankets on the ground, slept and covered myself with another. Alpha Xavier was already in bed by the time I came out of the bathroom and he seemed to be sleeping already, too. I turned around and rested my head on my hand, wanting to look at his side profile that faced me. A long nose and a perfect side profile with a very clean skin that would make a woman jealous. I let out a deep breath and closed my eyes gently. Right then, I realized my feelings for Alpha Xavier were slowly fading away. Maybe he had indeed done

REAH'S POV "I will take my leave now," Beta Mathew said as he left the room. I just continued waving my hand at his back absent-mindedly. Instead of reading so many books every day, I would rather just escape and return when Lady Bella returned. There was no need to continue staying in this house, right?I pouted my lips as I hung my shoulders low, it was impossible to run!I dragged the already heavy bag to the couch in the room and dropped it before sitting. I opened the first book *Fifty things a pregnant woman shouldn't do,*The title alone already looked so boring that it made me want to sleep. I stared at the book for a while before opening the first page to see what was written inside exactly. Seeing the first page, I suddenly felt intrigued because apart from the big writing of the publisher, there were pictures there too! It was like a book made for kids but that only went ahead to show how creative the writer and the publisher were. *I know how lazy pregnant women can b
