PATRICIA.Why would this be happening to me right now? My life is messed up. I said as tears trickled down my face. “What's up girl?” Lila asked inquisitively, as she came face to face with me.I received the shocking news that my Dad was involved in a ghastly motor accident, and that he was rushed to the hospital. Why me? I answered.“Everything will be fine dear. You just need to pray and hope in God.” Lila advised, taking me by hand to sit on the cushion.“What will I do now?” I asked sniffling. My Dad's company is crumbling and has no money because they are in debt. Where will I get money from to take care of his bills?”“You need to go to the hospital to see your Dad first before you talk about bills.” Lila admonished, holding my shoulders.“But you know that money for his medications will be needed?” I asked, cleaning my teary face with the hem of my clothes.“I know dear, but first thing first. You need to see your Dad, and then know how he is doing. You really need to spend s

PATRICIA.“What the fuck!” I exclaimed barely above a whisper. How will I be getting married to a man who could barely stand on his feet? Jeez… I can't believe this honestly. Is this what my father wants for me? I prevented the tears from strolling from my eyes.No one came alongside him. What about his parents? These were the questions on my lips.Wait.. this man was literally the person I saw at the hospital with my father two days ago. He was stable on his feet or my eyes were deceiving me.Did he just have an accident? What the hell was going on? I tilted my head to look at my Dad as we walked to the Altar but his face seemed calm.Somebody really needs to explain to me about everything that is going on. Too many things are just happening and if you don't call it drama, what else would it be?Even if he is actually crippled, You won't expect me to back off. He paid for my Dad's medical bills which I'm grateful for.But this is too hard to take in anyways. At this point, we were fa

KELSON.Patricia had caught up with me making out when she entered my room uninvitedly. She quickly jumped on the bed and began to cause a fuss. She dragged the hair of the pretty lady who was on the bed with me. I got pissed off and asked her to withdraw her hands from her.Patricia had gotten married without letting me know and now, she is bent on causing a scene asking me why I did shit to her.Pat, for short, was a lady I simply wanted for myself. I asked her to be my girlfriend to which she said No. Reason being that she doesn't want to be committed. At this point, I didn't know what to do to resolve this issue. Suddenly, the energy came when I felt a sharp crack on my face. I held my face in my hands, “what did you just do Patricia?” She posed confidently like someone who was ready to launch another attack.“I asked you a question which you failed to answer so I had to slap you to reset your brain.” She blurted.“You chose to do whatever you wanted with your life, and I didn't

Kelson.Patricia still tastes so good in bed. The romance, I enjoyed every bit of it even if I didn't want to indulge in it with her in the first place.I haven't gotten over the shock that she is someone's wife. The thought alone still drives me crazy. I had to be intimate with Amara in order to forget her.Amara had been giving me some green light when Patricia and I were over the moon with each other. Patricia wasn't aware because we were in different departments while Amara was studying the same course with me.All those times, I kept it away from her so that she won't be having any trust issues or disturbing her brain. Should I say she trusts me enough? Well she did trust me but I don't want to create room for any atom of doubt.Patricia has all the qualities embedded in a woman. She was my dream wife and mother to my unborn kids. Her beauty was second to none and her skin was so flawless.During those times in college, guys were lining up seeking her utmost attention. I was glad

Kelson.I arrived home and threw my briefcase away out of frustration and sat down on the couch. Amara won't be the end of me. Why should she be hovering in my mind as though she lives inside me?“Where will I begin from?” I muttered. There is a possibility that I will be dismissed from work. Yes, the company is in turmoil because of my stupidity. “Hey Kelson. You are back.” Amara said as she came to stand before me. How did she know where I live? Who gave her access to my place? I wondered as I closed my mouth with both hands.“Amara, what are you doing here?” I barked.“Don't you need me here?” She asked.“And who said that I need you here?” “Oh have you forgotten?”“Forgotten about what? “At the hotel last night, you said you would need my services today and that's why I'm here. “Really?” I asked, feeling a bit perplexed. I said all that?”“Yes, you did.”I could see the flicker of light in her eyes. She was so excited to be here. And who gives a damn on why she is here. She h
