Semua Bab The Omega's Vow; Mine Was Never a Love Story: Bab 1 - Bab 10

LUNA’S POV“Finish him!” A voice in my head made me snap back to reality as I bolted upright, breathing heavily. The scene of two hefty wolves in human form fighting off their bets in the underground fighting ring. With other wolves present to cheer them on.“Help!” I watched one of the opponents growl, with his jaw tensed tightly, glaring at the man in front of him with such hatred that could pop a blood vessel. They both collided into one another, balling their hands into fists. In seconds, one of the men fell to his knees suddenly, his brows furrowing as his eyes became teary and I could tell he was slowly losing his breath from being strangled by the other. Surprisingly they had him released, a single tear dribbled down his cheek as he clutched onto his heart trying to catch his breath. Lost in the thoughts of the torture of watching mere wolves unalive themselves, I’d suddenly bumped into a figure in front of me causing me to fall off to the floor amidst the rowdy crowd of most

KIERAN’S POV“Seriously?” I yelled, running along the driveway headed where she was headed. I glared at my watch, irked at Luna’s silly act of running off with the keys to my car.It took all my self-control, to refrain from shifting into my Wolf and having her pulled into my grasp. Sweeping her fully into my arms, and claiming her. Her enticing scent filled the air, overtaking my senses. Slowly clouding my judgment of her a while ago. That I forgot everything about the underground ring thing and the night as soon as I laid my eye on her. I had just met her and I was already a mess. It terrified me to an extent, but at the same time, it excited me in an unfathomable way. “You do know how to drive a luxury car, right?” I asked, watching her hop into the driver seat of my car. “I guess, plus what harm would it cost if I have it bashed anyway?” Luna teased, leaning her head back with her determined gaze fixed on me. “I wouldn't do that if I were you!” I said. And in seconds she star

Chapter sixLuna POV Still pondering, I heard a knock at the door. "Come in," I said when the door opened and a maid came in. "Good evening, ma'am. Dinner's ready," she said. "Okay, I'll be there in a minute," I said, and then she left the room. I climbed down from the bed and immediately left the room, walking downstairs to the dining area. Moving toward the dining room, Liam was seated on a chair, and a huge figure of another man was seated with his back to me. I couldn't tell who it was, but with the body structure, I could tell it was Kieran. But the question was, what would Kieran be doing here? I approached the dining area when he turned around, and to my wildest surprise, it was Kieran. "Kieran," I called out to him softly. "Hi," he greeted with a smile playing on his lips.I pulled out a chair and sat down. The dining table was filled with a lot of delicacies, and fortunately, they were my favorite dishes. I picked up a fork and knife and was about to dig in when Liam

CHAPTER EIGHT LUNA POV "You want it in two days' time, what?" I demanded. I'd heard him clearly, but given he'd just revealed the plans, I expected an explanation for the rush. "Why the hurry?""What's wrong with the wedding being in two days' time?" he asked."I expect time to get to know the person I'm marrying; that's how it's typically done," I said. As I spoke, he walked past me and sat on the couch. "I don't even know who I'm getting married to," I added, feigning ignorance despite Kieran's earlier revelation."It's Victor. You don't need to know him; he's a good man, and everyone knows that," he said."Can I ask a favor?" I requested, trying to gauge Liam's and Victor's intentions. I need time to observe them closely to avoid another mistake."You asked for a favor, and I offered; what is it?" he asked."It's crucial," I said. "What's it?" he pressed."I want the wedding to wait," I told him.The word 'the wedding should wait' left Liam momentarily stunned. I could see the ch

CHAPTER TEN LIAM'S POV I felt unspeakably provoked seeing Kieran sitting beside Luna and also holding her hand. What was the meaning of that? Isn't he aware that she's getting married to my cousin in a short time from now? Of course, he had listened to the conversation we had last night, so why is he acting as though he doesn't know about it? My face screwed up in anger, but with the way Luna is, I knew I had to force a smile onto my face so that she wouldn't start thinking otherwise. I walked closer to her and forged a weak smile, "Sorry I was frowning some minutes ago; I was just disappointed in myself that I couldn't save you." Then Kieran stood up from the bed and let go of her hands. "Thanks for saving Luna," I told him. "You've said that before; why are you repeating it?" he asked me. For goodness sake, can't this guy play along? I want Luna to see that I care for her, and even though he's right that I've said that before, saying you're welcome isn't supposed to be a big
