JaneI made myself comfortable on the floor again for the night, reliving the same nightmares as soon as my eyes close. When morning comes, I am taken out of it by the soft sound of the doorknob shaking. Instantly, I push myself further into the corner behind the bed so whoever is coming in won't be able to see me. JaneI had spent all day in my bedroom after Rebecca finished fixing my shoulder. The chair that I brought to the front of the window provided the perfect place to read, which is something I haven't done a lot of in the last 13 years.
