บททั้งหมดของ My Two Alpha Exes Want Me Back: บทที่ 41 - บทที่ 50

Evangeline's POVThe corners of my lips curled hearing what Craige had mentioned to all of us. He was already holding my neck, a sharp knife pointing at me.“I was right. You wanted to hostage me.”My tone filled with coldness as I let out these words. Craige chuckled, tightening his grip on me.“Wrong,” he muttered. “I want you, the moment I saw your face. I realized, my wife is incomparable to you. If I just met you earlier, I would have married you instead of that weakling!”I can feel my eyes darkened by the words he uttered to me now. My mind was telling me to just attack him, but I chose not to. It's my heart telling me now to observe, and watch what the Alphas will do for me.“Craige, let her go. I-I thought you've changed now!” Aurora yelled, her eyes filled with regrets.I know she started to regret listening to her husband. This man doesn't have a chance to change. He will never change because he was born to be evil. He was made to hurt his partner. And that is something I d

Evangeline's POV“I saw you smile!”The smile on my lips faded when David suddenly spoke up behind my back. I gritted my teeth, looking back at him.“I didn't smile, David. It's just a smirk.”David furrowed his brows, and then he let out a soft chuckle.“It's just the same, Evan.”I shook my head, and just disregarded what he had mentioned to me. David was only teasing me. He never meant those words because I know he's aware about what I went through before.“I need everything to be removed. It's irritating in the eyes,” I declare.David gasped, disbelief was written on his face.“But, it's—”“I have said what you need to hear, David. Remove all of these, and throw it away. I don't want to see it anymore.”And after that, I walked away. David tried to explain the importance of those preparations from the Alphas, but I already closed my ears. I don't want anything from them.If Maximus and Drake think that they can take me with those efforts they're doing, then they should forget it.

Evangeline's POV“Are you sure you wanted to attend it? You just woke up from being unconscious and I suggest that you take a rest. Don't worry, I won't be leaving this pack, not until I celebrated with you, Evan…”These are the words Aurora had mentioned to me.I turned my head at her, and smiled widely. The worries from her eyes were obvious. I know she's worried about me, but I'm fine now.“I'm fine, Aurora. You have nothing to worry about me. I wanted to attend the dinner party tonight with you, but I just needed more time to prepare myself,” I responded, assuring her that I will be fine. When Aurora saw the sincerity from my eyes, it made her smile.“That's not a problem, Evan. I've got your dress ready. I just need to call my staff, and they will be here in a moment!”I shook my head, while smiling from what Aurora had told me now. She's really ready for tonight's event, and because I have no more time, I didn't complain. We waited for Aurora's team to get us ready, and they arr

Evangeline's POVMy eyes widened from what Alpha Isaac had said. I swallowed my saliva, making me almost cough. Then, my eyes landed onto his hands, my face blushed.I lifted my gaze, and it met Alpha Isaac's affectionate stare.“But if you don't like it, I can—”Just before he could finish his words, I immediately held his hand. I have now decided when I noticed the Alphas coming to where we are now. They just stopped from walking after I took Isaac's hands. I wasn't looking at them, but I can see them through my peripheral vision.“Let's dance, Alpha Isaac. I would love that,” I smiled, staring at him.Isaac smiled, helping me stand up from the seat. He led me to the dance floor, where everyone was dancing. As we went there, the visitors were looking at us.However, I never think of them. I was just too focused on making Drake and Maximus irritated. I know they didn't like the closeness that Alpha Isaac was doing to me now. After all, I know these Alphas were possessive. But only if

Evangeline's POVI just rolled my eyes, watching Maximus and Drake slowly disappear from my eyes.‘It would be better if they're not here,’ I muttered at the back of my head.At this moment, I turned my head back to Aurora. She was still looking at me in worries, while her hands were at his dad's chest. I took a deep breath, lowering my body to level my face onto her.“We can put your dad at the facility, where he still starts his therapy, Aurora,” I stated.Aurora smiled, taking my hands to hold it.“Thank you so much for defending us, Evan. I don't know what will happen to dad if you don't defend him. Yes, I know he has done something, but I believe that it's just because of her longing towards my mom. I just can't lose him…”I nodded my head, pressing her hands. Aurora is a kind person, and for her, I will make a consideration.“Just help your dad recover, Aurora. He's needing you most now,” I responded, and she answered me with nods.“I will, Evan. Thank you once again for helping
