SHARON POVSix foot two, jet black hair, a jawline that could cut through glass and dark blue eyes that carried all kinds of emotions. His face was so evenly proportioned that it could land him on the cover of Vogue. The aura around him was different. He walked different. But that gave him no fucking right to shove me like I was second hand furniture.I waited, hell I did. He was definitely going to follow the same route on his way back and I was going to give him a piece of my mind, I didn't care if he was Apollo or Zeus reincarnated, he had no right—He was coming my direction, completely oblivious to me, he probably didn't realise what he did to me, or was too much of an idiot to apologise.I hated his type, the ones that felt entitled, felt like they could step on the less fortunate. But I wasn't less fortunate and I wasn't going to take it.I hurriedly walked past him and pushed him with all the strength I had in my shoulders, then I turned back to look at him. His reaction was t

You have no idea what I'm capable of —”“Sandra.”Luca called. With a smile on her face, the woman turned to Luca.“Never show up in my house again!”With that, Luca walked out of his mansion and into his car.Arman entered shortly afte

SHARON'S POV Asshole? Sharon whispered She felt like something had grabbed her throat all of a sudden. Of course she had no idea who to expect, but nothing would have prepared her for what she was seeing at that point. “I —” Sharon could not get the words out of her mouth. They stood, their eyes transfixed on each other. “It's nice to finally meet you Miss Gray, I've heard so much about you” His voice was deep and cold, but it did all the convincing and more. Sharon could not respond She was surprised how quickly he could switch personalities. Funny enough, that was her speciality. “The pleasure is all mine Mr— “Please, call me Luca” He took a seat next to his grandfather. “What took you so long? And what happened to your nose?” Mr Pavilochenki asked “I had a little accident, but it's all settled now. I apologise for my lack of punctuality and I promise to do better next time.” Luca had a warm smile on his face, one that seemed rehearsed. Sharon gra

SHARON'S POV “I thought fiancée's were supposed to be trying out wedding dresses, not shopping for strange looking necklaces”“I—”There it was, Sharon was speechless. How the hell did he figure out it was her? How wouldn't he? They slept together after all “Well I had to improvise a strategy to hide my fiance's abusive choking tendencies”Luca looked menacingly into her eyes. “You realise we're in public right?”Sharon twitched nervously “ I didn't realise I was that loud—”“Come with me at once”It sounded nothing short of an order“I'm not going to, I have to pay for my things. And I don't think I want to”Luca sighed and looked her deathly in the eyes. Then he picked up his phone and texted someone. In a few seconds, the cashier abandoned her waiting customers and half skipped to where they were standing with a receipt in her hand and a bag to package the jewellery “Thank you, come again” she said while giving Sharon the receipt for the two necklaces she didn't purchase. Then

“Sharon!”Claire screamed into her pillow.“ She can't just call me anytime she wants like I'm supposed to be bothered about her life by default”“I mean I'm a really good friend. I was there for her and all. But I honestly don't think she has a right to complain about anything It's not everyday you get engaged to “prince charming” It's an arranged marriage, arranged marriages are usually with ugly billionaires, but Sharon Gray got the full package”“A handsome and rich husband”“And for the first time in my life, I'm getting what I deserve but does she give a shit?”“No!”“I don't think you should be getting involved with my fiance's brother” like how was that supposed to make me feel?“I'm sick and tired of being “the other woman”, the background character”.
