Lian's POV “You four have done a great job. Two teams will be eliminated, and two will be selected for the grand finale. Whoever wins or gets selected will be happy, but for those who are not selected, please don’t feel discouraged. You have come this far, which means you have dance talent. Just because you lose this show or competition doesn’t mean your dance is bad or that you should stop dancing. If you like dancing, continue. If you don’t, it’s up to you to decide.”She paused before continuing.“I will now announce the first team going to the final… and it is Lian, Mick, and Nick. Congratulations.”As she announced our names, I first turned my face toward Arin and smiled at him. My smile said many things, and it was clearly provoking him, I knew it would. He was so provoked that he couldn’t even hide the anger on his face. His partner was telling him to calm down, but he just kept glaring at her. It was honestly funny.I was so happy that I held both twins’ arms while standing b

Lian's POV But what could we do now? We had already performed and given our best.Just because of that kiss, how could he judge us?Mick was about to speak, but Nick stepped forward.“No, sir. We didn’t feel disgusted. What is there to feel disgusted about? We are all human. Or are you saying that Lian, the ‘short guy’ you keep calling short, is like garbage that we should feel disgusted by? Didn’t you even watch our dance? You only saw the kiss. Don’t tell me that.”As Nick said that, the man looked even angrier.Wait, did Nick just call me garbage? He should have chosen different words! Why did he call me garbage?I stared at Nick, but he wasn’t paying attention to me. He was staring straight at the judge. The judge was furious now.“So you are saying it is normal for two boys to kiss and dance like a couple? You know this is a sickness. Two boys cannot be together. It goes against what the Moon Goddess created. Only a girl and a boy can be together, according to the rules created

Lian's POV I froze when I saw them. Four brothers from my old pack, Ironclaw Pack, the same people who had done horrible things to me.My heart skipped a beat, and my hand stopped moving. I couldn’t eat anymore. I just sat there, completely frozen.“Lian, how are you feeling now after seeing the video? You must have missed us, didn’t you? Just say a word, we can do the same thing to you again,” one of them said.I didn’t understand what he meant by “video.”I quickly took out my phone. When I opened the academy group chat, I saw a video. My eyes widened the moment I clicked it.The food plate slipped from my hands and fell to the floor.I stood up in panic and looked around. Everyone had seen that video. The video… the video of those four doing those horrible things to me while I was unconscious. They had posted it in our group. That was why everyone was looking at me like that.Even the chef had tried to touch me in a weird way.I couldn’t stay there.I turned around and ran out of

Lian's POV As I strained my mind, trying to force my memories to return, the sound of the door opening reached my ears. I slowly sat up, supporting myself against the bed, just as Nick stepped inside. The room was incredibly large. A blanket was draped over me, and the bed itself was huge.“Oh, Kitty, you’re awake? Good. I brought your food,” Nick said as he walked toward me. He was holding a tray with both hands, and on the tray was a single bowl.Nick sat down beside me and handed it over. I looked inside and saw porridge. Just the sight of it killed my appetite. I didn’t want porridge at all, I wasn’t sick.“Nick, take this porridge back. I’m not going to eat it. I don’t like porridge. I want something spicy. Bring me something spicy instead,” I said.Nick stared at me, clearly telling me with his eyes not to be stubborn. He still tried to hand me the bowl, but I refused to take it and didn’t even raise my hands. In the end, he had no choice but to take the bowl back and place it

Lian's POV I was following Nick, right behind him. Suddenly, he stopped. In front of us was a door, likely leading to the basement. As soon as he opened it, I confirmed my suspicion. A staircase descended into darkness below, a single bare bulb hanging from the ceiling, casting just enough light for us to see the steps.Nick walked ahead, occasionally glancing back to make sure I was right behind him. I followed, my hand brushing against the wall for support. At the bottom, another door awaited. When we opened it, I froze. The room was filled with men standing around, while the four brothers were seated on the floor. In front of them stood Jack, Andrew, and Mick."Brother, we’re here," Nick said, and all eyes turned toward us. I stepped forward, feeling awkward, and my gaze fell on the four on the floor. Their faces were swollen, evidence of a brutal beating, but their bodies seemed intact. It wasn’t enough, honestly, it wasn’t satisfying."Did you do this?" I asked, looking at Andre
