บททั้งหมดของ THE TRIBID HOCKEY GOD & HIS OBSESSION: บทที่ 31 - บทที่ 40

EVELESSA I stretch in freedom at last after I'm finally successfully able to leave the house in my shorts and crop top with Aretha, Cassain has had me on lockdown, I could do practically nothing on my own without having him get involved. I've been going crazy, five days after leaving the hospital, we've been no where because he's been concerned I might have a relapse even though the numerous test conducted reveals nothing he's still edgy and panicked around me and after so much persuasion and threats, he finally lets me come shopping with Aretha. Aretha bursts into laughter “Girl, it's only been five days, stop acting like you were locked away in some deadly tower by a dangerous emperor.”I scoff “Certainly felt like it.”She holds my hand and stops me “He just wants you protected, I get that ... .I mean I feel he exaggerates too many things but I agree with him on this one Evie. What's happening with you? You've been a bit distant with him; are you mad at him or something?”.I shru

EVELESSAAretha clears her throat “So…I guess the dry spell is over and sex is no longer painful cause you're here looking like a snack in combat boots and might I say..very hot gown. What's up?”.I laugh”You're right, the pain is gone and I am currently rather in a horny phase. Blame Aretha, she's been wild and my body's been funny but since the test results show that there's nothing wrong we'd need to wait and see what happens.”As we step into History class, Professor Kane keeps stealing side glances at me that makes me uncomfortable. After his class, I move to the music wing with Aretha but immediately we step in, I find professor Davina staring at me in a very provocative and unfriendly manner. She's leaning against the grand piano in a short tight silver fitted skirt and a silk black blouse smiling fakely. Aretha scoffs “And then the she devil is everywhere”I hold in my laughter as we step in and take our seats. “Evelessa, you're early”I nod “Yes ma'am” I reply placing my bag

EVELESSA I feel people carefully part ways and some take a strange bow as I walk to the cafeteria with Aretha, Conversations dip, then die as each person quickly looks away before I look at them. "Aretha is it just me or are people intentionally avoiding me?"Aretha shrugs "Yeah, I've noticed but whatever their issues are- so long as they stay away from us, we're all good."I look up from my locker.Cassain is walking toward me and now I understand why people are scared because he has a murderous chilly aura around him and even Aretha shivers in fear as she stares open mouthed at him "What the heck Evelessa? Even hades would be scared at this level. What's up with him?"I stare at him and shrug "I have absolutely no idea Aretha"His jaw is tight and his eyes darker than usual.Aretha, standing beside me, mutters, “Oh someone’s about to die.”I shut my locker slowly. “Cass?”He stops in front of me.His gaze sweeps over me from head to toe as searches as if to make sure I have no wou

EVELESSA My eyes open slowly to white blurry forms as I catch Alexandro's last conversation "She is indeed pregnant and because we've known for years that you as a Tribid can't have kids of your own, we don't know what to expect. This pregnancy is first of it's kind, you must keep her safe and no one except the people present here must know about the pregnancy for now."I clear my throat "How can I be pregnant Alexandro? I was told he won't be able to have kids of his own; how far along am I?"Alexandro exhales "We don't know anything, as of now you are carrying a first of its kind pregnancy so we play everything by the ear since the machines shut down the moment we try checking"I blink slowly, my head heavy, my body feeling like I’ve slept for a year and a second at the same time.“…Cass?” My voice comes out dry.A chair scrapes hard against the floor. Then he’s beside me holding my hand, his hands frame my face like I might disappear if he doesn’t hold me together.“I’m here.”His

EVELESSA “Mom.”I don’t even open my eyes as I breathe.“Yes, Alex?”“I think breathing near you is necessary.” He climbs unto the bed and holds on to me.“I am breathing near you,” I mumble into the pillow.“No,” Alexis says from my other side, her voice very serious. “He means closer.”I feel a warm weight settle on my legs.Another on my chest.Another arm snakes around my waist.I crack one eye open.Cassain’s face is inches from mine, eyes half-lidded, possessive, unashamed, and utterly exhausted.“It's been two weeks. Can you make them go to your dad's place or something?” he says quietly.“I shifted my elbow.”“You can try Cassain.”I groan. “I’m tired.”Alexander props his chin on my shoulder. “Your heart rate suggests exhaustion.”Alexis nods. “Severe.”Cassain brushes my hair back. “You should rest.”“I was resting,” I snap gently. “Until all three of you turned into octopuses leaving me no breathing room”Alexander frowns. “We do not have eight limbs.”“You’re acting like
