Klaus POV The locker room was still buzzing with excitement after the biggest win of the season. Laughter echoed off the walls as my teammates celebrated, replaying the game over and over, shoving each other playfully, arguing about the best moments, and talking about the dinner Coach had promised to buy us.The room smelled of sweat, damp hockey gear, and victory. Normally, I would have been right in the middle of all the noise. I would have been teasing Aaron, arguing with Ugo about who deserved the game-winning goal, and laughing at one of Tae-jun's terrible jokes. Today, I couldn't bring myself to do any of it.I sat in front of my locker with my head hanging low, my elbows resting on my knees while my hands covered my face.
