The Alpha Rejected Me, So I Became A Warrior のすべてのチャプター: チャプター 51 - チャプター 60

Lisa's POV‘That was disrespectful’I turned to leave, but Kael caught my hand."Let me go."He leaned closer until our eyes met."I was only joking with you. But I still have to teach you to respect your instructor, especially outside."I frowned. "So what do you… "The rest of my words died in my throat as a loud groan escaped me.Pain shot through my arm as Kael had twisted my wrist.I immediately reached for him with my free hand, but he caught that one too."Have you learned your lesson?" he asked, tightening his grip.I cried out as the pain only grew worse.Warriors passed by us, but none of them stopped. A few glanced in our direction before continuing on their way.Heartless monsters. Nyra asked. ‘What do you expect them to do? Save you?’Honestly? That wouldn't be a bad idea.‘Why would they help a student who was disrespectful to her instructor?’That's not what happened, and you know it."You've decided to be stubborn, haven't you?" Kael asked. He twisted my wrist again a

Lisa's POV"Alright, I'm ready now," I announced loudly."That's the energy I need."Kael nodded approvingly before turning toward the warriors who had already taken their positions."Now!"I immediately took off as the first tennis ball flew toward me. I twisted my body to the side, barely avoiding it.Another one came from my left, but I ducked. A third flew toward my shoulder and I stumbled backward, my heart pounding inside my chest. My eyes darted from one warrior to another as I tried to keep track of their movements."Keep moving!" Kael shouted.Shut the hell up. I was already gasping for breath. I ran across the training ground, my legs burning with every step. Being plus-sized made it even harder. My body wasn't built for this kind of speed.Another ball flew toward my face and I bent down just in time. Then another one struck my arm."Ouch!"The warriors didn't show me any mercy. I dodged one and avoided another.Nearly tripped over my own feet trying to escape the third.I

Lisa's POV"You can stop glaring at him now," I muttered as I turned toward Kael. But his gaze remained fixed on Varek as the tension between them felt as sharp as drawn blades."Kael, eat."He didn't respond.I reached up and pressed my palm against his cheek, gently guiding his face downward until his gaze settled on the food in front of him.He released a slow breath.Only then did I pull my hand away."You don't have to look at him like that."I lowered my voice. "He's the new Head Warrior. If he wants to make our lives miserable, no one will stop him."‘And that was exactly why Kael needed to stay out of his way’"You should eat."Just then, Varek pushed himself away from his table and started walking toward us.My heart dropped. What does he want now? He'll only make things worse and then use it as an excuse to punish Kael.Nyra said. ‘That's why he has us, we won't let anything happen to him’Varek stopped directly in front of our table. His new head warrior uniform was spotles

Lisa's POVKael continued studying me, a smile lingering on his lips.I raised an eyebrow and gestured for him to speak."It was just..."He trailed off and released a slow breath."Tell me," I pressed. "How did you save me from Varek's attack within seconds? What exactly are you, Kael? Are you more than just a warrior?"Nyra whispered. ‘Exactly, I'm glad you finally asked’Kael chuckled softly. "That's a lot of questions at once."My jaw tightened. "Kael.""Alright." He raised both hands in surrender. "I'll tell you.""I'm listening."He leaned back slightly. "At that moment, it felt like I was trapped under Varek's spell. It was as if I couldn't move my body at all."I narrowed my eyes. "Yet you could still touch your hair?"He immediately froze. Then, almost unconsciously, his fingers slid into his hair."Yes. I... I..." He stuttered. He's definitely hiding something.Nyra agreed. ‘Yes, he is but I can no longer sense the energy I felt earlier’What do you mean?‘I don't know. A f

Lisa's POV“Please, Kael…”I leaned closer, pressing my ear against his chest.A faint but steady heartbeat echoed beneath my ear.My stomach twisted.Nyra whispered. ‘His heart… it’s beating’ I squeezed my eyes shut, forcing back the tears burning behind them. But if his heart was still beating… why wasn’t he awake? Was he still unconscious? Kael would never sleep this long.I lowered myself beside the bed and took his hand, gently rubbing my thumb over his knuckles.“Kael, please wake up.”Tears slipped down my cheeks.“I’m sorry I didn’t get anyone to help you last night.” My voice cracked. “I was scared. I didn’t know how to explain what happened without exposing everything.”A thought suddenly struck me; he was still breathing… that meant I could get help.I quickly rose to my feet and wiped my tears.“This time, I’ll get help. Even if it means revealing everything to everyone.” I paused, my voice growing firmer. “I’ll do it.”I gently released his hand and turned toward the doo
