Alpha's Blind Luna
Once I had breakfast, I headed outside to practice.
I still did Tai Chi, taking in the slow movements and feeling all my muscles move. I tried to do it longer and longer every day. Slow deliberate movements making sure every muscle and every movement is not wasted. By the second hour, I was sweating. Focused on each step, each move, I heard a car door slam shut in front of the house. Taking a deep breath, I continued through the movements turning my wrists and pulling them back. There was stomping around the house to the backyard where I was.
“I say leave me alone on a Sunday and no one fucking takes me seriously.” I growled, turning slowly and transitioning into a new pose.
