Arga adalah pemuda biasa yang meninggal karena penggunaan teknologi oleh 7 penguasa untuk memajukan industri yang berefek pada kematian manusia tanpa masker pelindung. Banyak orang yang meninggal termasuk ayah, ibu dan adik Arga dari keluarga miskin yang tak mampu membeli masker. Alam sekitar juga rusak. Arga hidup kembali lewat reinkarnasi, dengan fisik berbeda tapi berjiwa pendendam yang sama. Selain kematian Arga dan keluarga, ada juga kematian Sando kekasih Maya.
