Wingless and Beautiful

Wingless and Beautiful

I closed the door behind me, steadying my pulse, not letting Denise suspect that something was up. “Are you okay?” she asked. “Was he being rude?” “No,” I replied, shaking my head. “I just bumped into him. The corridor was dark, I couldn’t find the switch.” “Hunter prefers the dark sometimes so he turns off all the lights in the hall when he retreats to his room for the night. He’s very efficient in the dark. It was as if he could see. He could walk around the house in complete darkness and he won’t fall down the stairs or bump into any furniture. I think he got every corner of this house memorized at the back of his mind. Sometimes, I wanted to rearrange the furniture when he’s out late jus

Wow, truly beautiful story. Started out fast and kept improving. Cried a lot in the beginning (had to pause until I calmed down). Also, laughed at times. The characters were very mature and I’m glad Hunter and Alice were able to overcome the trauma in their lives. Well written. Worth reading.

The Blue Moon

The Blue Moon

He found his way but reaching there, the place was dead silent. Noticing the unusual, he took cover. His instincts told him there was something wrong. There were no guards in the vicinity and not even voices speaking, and Hunter thought it somewhat strange being the Chief’s house. Whilst kneeling, he tried to pick up any sound but there was none. He crawled to a hut that seemed like a kitchen. Whilst heading there, he bumped into a dead dog. He checked the dog and figured it was poisoned. Now he was sure something was definitely wrong.

I said finally looking over at him. “Do you think he knows?” Gunner asked. “I don’t know. Dad’s not stupid though. He’s never really accepted the idea of Stephanie being Ty’s mate with her father being the leader of the HOA.” I said setting my phone down and throwing the blankets off my legs. “HOA?” He asked as I got up. “Hunters of America,” I said. “They have an official name?” Gunner asked. “Apparently. What better way to hide than in plain sight? You think you’re paying the Homeowner’s Association, but it’s really the Hunters of America.” I said shutting the bathroom door.

The Bad Boy & The Mermaid

The Bad Boy & The Mermaid

I tried to crawl into the cramped space, there was still water sloshing from the waves so there was no possibility of me losing my mermaid’s form. “Hunter.” He looked up at me with his tear-stained face. “I don’t want to go home.” “Don’t be like that, darling.” “I want you to come home with me.” He sniffled. Poor little boy. “I told you I’d wait for you no matter how long it took,” I promised. “I DON’T WANT TO GO!” He shrieked almost making me deaf. “Would you at least let me hug you?” I asked. Hunter threw himself into my arms not a slight bit bothered by the scales on the lower half of my body. Apollo said that humans would be disgusted after they saw mermaids in their true form, but Hunte

Once Upon a Full Moon

Once Upon a Full Moon

“Hunters are human, but they have certain supernatural abilities. They are born with the instinct to kill everything non-human. They don’t live in the grey. They refuse to accept that there are good and evil supernaturals - they simply kill everything that isn’t pure human.” We didn’t speak of it again, and I didn’t have time to think about it. If I had hunter blood, it was so diluted by now, that I’d be closer to one of the things a hunter wanted to kill than me being one of them. My instinct to kill the witch, knowing how to kill her, was just something I must have learned somewhere along the way. ** I wake early on Sunday morning, three weeks after we came back from Stone Wood. When I cam

This is a good book. Good story line but a note for the author. You need to work on emotions… make me feel what’s going on.. how they are feeling. You are one of the better authors I’ve read on this platform just need more depth to the characters
Kathleen
I really enjoyed this book - it’s like unraveling a series of presents - the story telling is amazing, the FL and ML are both strong, intelligent and - a rarity in most of this kind of novels - communicate to each other! No unnecessary drama, no drawing on - congratulations to the author!

His Little Hunter

His Little Hunter

Her look of surprise at my sudden appearance was most amusing, her eyes widening in shock, but I couldn't enjoy the sight for long because her partner below had raised his weapon to fire. I snatched the hunter off the wall and fazed, only narrowly evading the bullet that was fired at me, hearing it whistle past my ear. With the struggling hunter tossed over my shoulder, I reappeared behind the male hunter, and to my surprise, he responded with speed unfitting for a human, turning and firing another round straight at my chest before I could even register his movement. Scared my bride would get caught in the crossfire, I flung her away just before the bullet pierced my skin, the impact like a

The Hunted Hunter

The Hunted Hunter

They’ll want to check the wreckage to confirm I’m not inside. Keeping low to the ground, I hurried away from the crash as the hunters pulled up, hooting and hollering like the demented Americans they are. Now I don’t mean to say all Americans are demented. But the American hunters are an uncouth sort that takes a weird joy in killing, things being on fire, and vehicles getting into accidents. Whatever the case, their joyful hoots and hollers that I might be dead and arguments about who gets to take credit gave me time to get away. I hurried to the nearest neighborhood to search for a car to take.

I've read all 4 books and I was not disappointed at all. Each one captured my attention and I could vividly picture each and every moment you envisioned. You are truly an amazing writer and I'll continue being a fan of your books!!

Another outstanding book! I loved how different this one was from the others in the series, more focused on hunter/vampire interaction. Kahlid proved to be just as strong and incredibly talented as any supernatural and I loved that part.

The Alpha's Human Mate

The Alpha's Human Mate

With the hunter basically missing, we didn’t want to take any chances until we knew exactly what he was up to. Hunter was hoping if we stayed close to home, it would be a lot easier to ambush him and whoever he brought along. It would also be much easier to explain that we defended ourselves against intruders in our home than it would be to explain killing someone out in the forest. The rumours about us had barely died down … We wanted to keep them at bay for as long as possible.

HUNTED

HUNTED

My stomach dropped. "What?" He nodded. "I hired investigators to find you after you dared to run from me that morning. It took them a week to find you." Something was slamming hard against my rib cage in a really violent way. I knew what it was. My heart. "I found out who you were—Matteo Leone, a twenty three year old bisexual man, living in your father's house like a prisoner." He leaned forward slightly. "I learned everything about you—your urm... useless family, and your situation within hours of funding you."
