It was the Hunter seal, used to keep Hunters safe from their enemies. At least he cares about me, Cathy thought. About my safety at least. She couldn’t really blame him for locking her up. Trouble seemed to follow her everywhere she went. Cathy touched her belly. The scars were faded now but the brutality of those men’s actions remained.

‘I can't believe she is alive all this time,’ Deacon thought, stressed. Michael fought off many vamps and ridding them of their shaman necklace before compelling them to kill their own side. Out of breath, he stumbled towards the cage that shot up from out of the earth and trapped the hunters. ‘If there is a God, please don’t let them kill me,’ Micheal thought before putting his arm into the cage so that the hunters can become strong and get themselves out of the cage.
