Snuff out the little light.
It was a whisper, seductive and alluring.
Kill him. Grab his neck and squeeze.
“No,” he said, a little too loud.
The boy turned around quickly to look at the window. His young eyes focused on Jason, and Jason saw something there. The boy could see him, but he looked terrified. There was living fright in his eyes, the like of which Jason was sure he could not evoke in a child. The boy looked at the space beside him too, and his fear intensified.
