I switch it on then looking for entertainment news or show then suddenly a news caught my attention. ‘Breaking news one of the hottest supermodel now in America Miss Shane Sandoval is in a relationship now with her co-model Alexa Gray.’ My tears ran down to my face immediately watching Shane’s interview together with her new partner. They’re so sweet together, like a perfect couple of the century. I stand up but my legs are shaking and my body is trembling in anger. I'm lost now. I lost the woman that I love so dearly with all of my heart because of that one stupid mistake.

He began to speak again, his voice quieter now but still clear enough for everyone to hear. “I called this piece Perfection,” he said. “Not because the woman in it is flawless, but because she represents something perfect to me. Something rare. She’s strong, but gentle. She’s been through things, yet she still carries light. To me, she is perfection — not in the way the world defines it, but in the way she exists. She doesn’t have to try. She simply is.” I felt my eyes start to sting.

Mary always took everything……everything she owned was supposed to be hers, not Mary’s. So no……she wasn't wrong. She was only taking what belonged to her. She quickly called herself back and closed her eyes, pretending to shake in orgasm as she heard Alfred’s early grunts. He was done already……might as well not have started in the first place. She watched as he strolled to the bathroom and began to shower. Her phone beeped. It was her mother. “How is it going?” A message popped up “Perfect……just perfect” she replied and immediately deleted the message.

He took them like a priceless manuscript. Emilia leaned on the counter, watching him tuck the yellow rose behind the register, right where it would dry with the others—every one from every bouquet she’d brought him since she returned. “I got a letter today,” she said softly. Max raised a brow. She smiled. “From a reader. Said our story gave them hope. That maybe love doesn’t have to be perfect to be… everything.” Max reached for her hand, threading their fingers together. “It was never perfect,” he said. “But it was ours.”

Dear Reader Thank you for reading the first chapter of the book called, My Perfect Mess. My Perfect Mess was originally written as an Interactive Story Game. I am in the process of adapting it into a novel form. The original version contains a great deal of dialogue to fit the platform for which it was intended. Perfectly satisfying. But fast on the heels of that thought was another. Her smile dropped away. She sat up, snapping the book closed. She wasn't supposed to enjoy being with him. In reality, he wasn't supposed to be perfect. He was supposed to be a disappointment. That was the plan, wasn't it?

Hell, even a single dollar would've sufficed at this point but Kevin just didn't learn. At that moment, Xavier's wife, Penelope entered the room and confidently strutted into the room, flipping her blonde hair as she looked at the couple with just as much of a friendly smile as her husband gave them, "ooh, I love babies," she gushed as she rushed to Naomi's side and looked down at the baby. "Oh, wow, look at her," Penelope commented as she peered down at the baby that Naomi held close to her chest, and the two ladies began to talk.

'If anyone can hear me... please... help me... I beg you... If you can... if there's one person who can hear my voice... please get me out of this place' "I live like a puppet. I did just what my parents told me. I did my very best to do as what they said. I gave my all just to be called as a perfect daughter. A perfect... perfect girl... that is suited for this perfect family. A perfect child for my perfect parents. A perfect daughter for my perfect mom and perfect dad... and this perfect world... everything must be perfect!"
