Bound to the Enemy Alpha

Bound to the Enemy Alpha

“We can take a look.” We decided to walk it down. .The town was small, unpolished in a way that felt honest. A narrow main street lined with cafés, antique stores, and stalls selling things no one truly needed but everyone paused to examine anyway. Ella lingered over handwoven scarves, laughed softly at a rack of postcards featuring aggressively cheerful slogans, and commented—dryly—on the questionable artistic choices of a street mural. Her laughter surprised me. It wasn’t restrained or measured. It was quick, unguarded, and warm enough to pull something loose from my chest before I could stop it. I found myself responding in kind, joking without calculation, without considering how the mom

BILLIONAIRE ALPHA'S ACCIDENTAL SURROGATE

BILLIONAIRE ALPHA'S ACCIDENTAL SURROGATE

We started walking back toward the town, our steps falling into sync without even trying. The gravel crunched under our feet, and the soft breeze carried the scent of fresh earth and flowers. Neither of us talked at first, but it wasn’t awkward. It felt...peaceful. As we got closer to the town, I saw a small café sitting near the edge of the square. It looked like something out of a storybook — light blue awning, white tables outside, and window boxes overflowing with flowers. My stomach growled again at the smell of coffee and something sweet baking inside.

The Emerald Eyed Luna

The Emerald Eyed Luna

Sometimes just enjoying each other’s company was enough. Walking down the steps and started the mile trek down the mountain into town. The town was called Plainville. It had a path already paved out for us to take. Making our way to town, I admired the quiet nature of this place. You could hear birds chirping, squirrels scampering up and down the trees, and rabbits running across the dirt. It was so peaceful here. I could really get used to it. Reaching into town, there was shops lined on both sides of a two-way street. Light posts lined the roads with large potted flowers under each one. There was a good amount of people walking in and out of shops with few cars scattered in the parking spa

Debbie
I loved Wyatt and Nina’s story. The moon goddess gave her a special, powerful ,stronger and better fated mate and partner. I am starting one of your other books now. I was so addicted. Damian and Holly are so wrong for each other, but we shall see how jealous and mean Holly becomes of Nina.

This was short and sweet.. it had plenty of twist and turns, unexpected moments. The main character is strong woman which is refreshing (i personally dislike a female character that spends the entire story crying ) I will definitely reread this story again.

The Triplets' Silent Mate

The Triplets' Silent Mate

I almost stopped walking when I realized I wasn't counting my steps or measuring the distance to the nearest exit. "You're relaxing," Tala said. "Careful. Someone might catch you smiling." "I'm not," I said. "You are. I'd bet money on it if I had any." I didn't have a better answer, so I didn't give one. The town came into view as the road curved—small, familiar, busy enough on a winter morning to feel alive. People were moving between shops, laughter spilling from doorways, the smell of coffee and woodsmoke and sweetness drifting from the bakery down the street.

I love the city, but there's something to be said for the small-town atmosphere. He describes a small town and the cute short road named Main Street where the shops are located, and my mind fills with images. I can't imagine only having to walk a few feet to see every single store in town. San Francisco has a shopping district in every neighborhood. But as he talks longer about Pelican Bay and how much he enjoys the people and the town, my ideas of the East Coast change. The small plot of land becomes a quaint little town full of people who get along. Even the town gossip, Pearl, comes out as a sweet little grandma who makes cookies in her free time.

REBORN TO LOVE MY FATHER-IN-LAW

REBORN TO LOVE MY FATHER-IN-LAW

It smelled like Luca's cologne and Dominic's restraint and Zara's quiet scheming, and I had woken up that morning needing something that belonged to none of those things. So I walked. The town outside the pack walls was not large, but it was lively in the unhurried way of places that had no particular agenda for the day. Shops lined both sides of the main stretch, their fronts modest and their windows clean. People moved around me without interest, which I appreciated more than I could adequately express. Nobody here knew who I was. Nobody here cared. I was just a woman in a hoodie taking a walk and that was, for the moment, entirely enough.

Entangled Hearts

Entangled Hearts

“Can we pretend you’re not overthinking the entire universe and just have fun today?” I gave her a weak smile. “I’m not overthinking.” She rolled her eyes. “Sure, and I’m not beautiful.” We both laughed, and I felt the heaviness in my chest ease just a little. The town was lively when we arrived. Children playing near the bakery, couples walking hand in hand, and vendors shouting out their best offers. Clara dragged me into one shop after another, trying on sunglasses, holding up dresses she couldn't afford, and dancing to the music playing from a street band.

The Mafia King’s Bride; He’s danger. She’s revenge

The Mafia King’s Bride; He’s danger. She’s revenge

Isabella put on a simple dress and sunglasses, looking more relaxed already just at the prospect of leaving. I grabbed my car keys and we slipped out through a side entrance, avoiding the rest of the family. The drive into town took about fifteen minutes. The village was small but charming, with cobblestone streets and buildings that had stood for centuries. Tourists wandered through the markets, and locals sat at outdoor cafés drinking espresso. Everything was normal and peaceful. Isabella's entire posture changed as we walked through the streets. The tension left her shoulders. Her smile became genuine. She stopped at shop windows, pointing out things that caught her eye, laughing at my co

The Billionaire's Secret Baby After Divorce

The Billionaire's Secret Baby After Divorce

“It’s not that far. Walking will be nicer.” I slipped the phone back into my pocket. “I’m not sure my city feet are built for the countryside.” “Then it’s about time they learned,” she teased. We began walking down the narrow lane. My hands found their way into my pockets, partly to keep warm, partly to resist the urge to take hers. She talked as we went, about her childhood, about growing up in this very town. “York’s countryside is... quiet,” I said after a while, looking around at a distance. “Peaceful. It’s easy to see why you love it here.”

Desired By The Biker Twins Alpha

Desired By The Biker Twins Alpha

Even the shadows looked softer. They walked without direction at first. Letting the rhythm of the town guide them. Past stalls being arranged. Past workers already focused on their tasks. Past lives unfolding in ways both ordinary and immense. Nothing felt staged. Nothing felt accidental. At the far end of the street stood a narrow path leading away from the clustered buildings. It curved between low fields and scattered trees. The traveler had noticed it before but had not followed. Today they did. The path was uneven. Grass pushed through cracks in the earth. Birds lifted and settled again as they passed. The town sounds faded behind them until only wind remained.
