The Hudson’s and the Adams were busily planning their own mission against the unsuspected innocent by-stander. Poor Erika had no idea what was instore for her, all she wanted was to keep to herself and survive her final semester at West-Bay Academy, but unfortunately that was too much to ask for from a bunch of life draining, fame hungry, spoiled teens.

My mouth flung open as I stared at something spectacular. It was a huge stone castle. Students walk freely on the castle grounds, some were flying on mid-air, some were casting spells. I don't know why, but I found myself smiling. Everything felt nostalgic. Familiar. "Harper Williams," Levy beamed at me and flashed a genuine smile. "Welcome to Claw Academy."

The Old Court's attack hit like a thunderstorm made of knives. The academy's windows exploded inward. Glass rained down on students who'd been celebrating just moments ago—celebrating the curse being broken, celebrating peace, celebrating a future they thought was finally safe. They were wrong. "Everyone down!" Raven's voice cut through the screaming. His silver-streaked hair flew as he moved, pulling students behind cover with his dhampir strength. "Get to the safe rooms! Now!"

I wanted to tell the driver to stop, to let me out, to run back to my father and say, **Forget it, I’m not going** but the car kept moving. Evermoor Academy. The name felt heavy and scary. Every kid in our clan grew up hearing stories about it. Hidden in the mountains, kept secret by magic that no human could pass. Some called it a school for the Elites, others call it a fort. Some whispered it was a trap disguised as an opportunity.

I replied, controlling the urge to roll my eyes, reminding myself that I was the heir to the water kingdom and needed to treat my citizens with respect. Adriana looked at me, confused. She only had a sliver of divine power; she was maybe one-sixteenth God, if not less than that. I wasn't sure why the academy had invited her. Her tiniest amount of power wouldn't have made a difference around the mortals. The mortals would've assumed she had a water affinity; they would chalk it up to the elements and call her a Wiccan. But the council had determined that anyone showing any amount of a God-given gift was to attend the academy.

Chapter 46 I tried as much as possible to avoid Queen's path throughout the weekend even though it was not possible since we were practically roommates. I got news of all the games they did at the dinner night after everything. News spreads fast anyway, anyhow. Somehow, you'd just hear things you really don't even want to know about. I heard that Queen and Ore were even dared to do the seven-minutes-in-heaven thing. I honestly didn't even know how to feel about it.

Jaden felt relieved at the sight of the Academy, some miles away as they continue driving. The Academy was so big, with different ancient buildings in it. The name WAVA was inscribed on almost all the walls inside the Academy. Jaden was curious to know the meaning as he asked Williams from behind; "What's the meaning of WAVA dad?" Williams glance at him through the front mirror inside the car, and smile. "It Werewolves and Vampires Academy." "Wow, I never imagined a place like this could be in existence. It's beautiful, I already like it." Jaden said, happily.

The Inter-Academy Grand Invitational — five schools, one track, one weekend, legitimate prize money and a trophy that apparently mattered enough to various pack hierarchies that people were already making calls. I stood at the notice board and read it twice. Warner Academy. Dumont. Nightshade. Crestfall. And a fifth school I didn't recognize — Ironveil Academy, based out of Eastern Europe, no supernatural affiliation listed, which was either unusual or a lie. "Ironveil," Adrian said, from beside me. He'd appeared quietly, the way he always did, reading the board with the focused attention he gave anything that might constitute a threat. "I've heard of them."

“King, there will be a war next month. King Raff of the Red Palace will attack to take power in our palace.” Jason as a believer of the king of Alarick tried to remind his king of the war that would occur today. King Alarick turned towards the magic Crystal ball and then asked the royal mage to check on what happened sometime later. "Witch! Try checking in your magic Crystal ball about upcoming events. Wouldn't Jessy Lycan be 17 years old in the human world?"

"It's a castle! It's a freaking castle!" Cora Windsor murmured as she dragged her luggage in front of the towering castle gate. It was a long walk into the castle itself. She grimaced as she looked at the long lonely walk ridden with gargoyles and angel sculptures. All around her, students carrying luggage, some in cars and some laughing loudly were walking towards Avalon Academy for Werewolves. Avalon Academy was a large Castle with extensive school grounds surrounding it, which included sloping lawns, flowerbeds, vegetable patches, a large dense forest, several greenhouses and other outbuildings, and a full sized pitch.
